This location was clean and had friendly service. I ordered ahead, and the order was prepared accurately and on time. This is probably the biggest Subway location I have been in. The dining room is huge. Bathrooms were clean.

Newer location, clean restrooms, great customer service by the young lady who assisted me that evening. She did a great job managing and prioritizing her tasks. Such a sweet young lady.
The owner is responsive and very polite, was an absolute delight to speak with. I left a message thinking I left my credit card on the counter and he phoned me back right away to assist.
Fresh food, plenty of seating, plenty of parking! A true relief to see a subway in the area to support my healthy eating habits, so many other restaurants are full of greasy options. I highly recommend this location here in hiawassee.

Best subway sandwich I’ve had in years. Allison is a gem and has turned that place around. If I’m ever craving a sandwich and need my needs met I’ve found a gold mine. Perfectly made, very friendly service, very clean facility. Subway hiawasse is moving in the right direction.

We came earlier this week and it was great so we decided to come back on Friday 9/19 it was dead we were the only ones in there and the kid behind the counter was super slow that wasn’t the issue though. He told me I didn’t have enough points to get money off when clearly the phone says I have 4 dollars off and then I look at my receipt and he charged me for 6 subs instead of 5. When I repeated the order to him twice and he still messed it up. Was in this store for over 30 minutes just to get the sandwiches and got charged for something I didn’t get. I really think this kid needs more training or maybe not leave him by himself on weekend nights

At this point, on average, Hiawassee Subway is running 7 out of 10 in fresh veggies on our subs. It just depends on who is there and is quality oriented. I will continue to get my subs there(for now).

The reviews kind of worried me but my experience was good. The staff was prompt taking my order and the food was good. The only negative was that some chips were not stocked. I asked if they had more and they brought them to me right away. I have eaten here twice in the last two weeks and had good experiences both times.

This Subway is like a training Subway. There are new workers in there every other week and they never make the sandwiches right. I was in there today and my sandwich was a sloppy mess. I do realize that I get a lot on my sandwich, but this was ridiculous. The food taste okay, but they over toasted the bread. The end of it was burnt and hard. This Subway use to be great but now it is just okay.
