My first time coming here after watching an Instagram post raving about this place! It’s in a small shopping center off Lyons so you might miss it. Don’t!! I was immediately greeted when they were busy around 11 am on a Friday morning. I was seated pretty quickly and the service in general was excellent! The waitress mentioned how they make their own creamer and brought me both blends they offer for coffee. I mistakenly went with my typical Ham and eggs with toast. I say that because as I was waiting I saw incredible other meals all around me. I should’ve asked for a suggestion or did my homework before sitting down. I will definitely be going back and this time ready with my order options! This place was great and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Stopped in for breakfast and was greeted by Rosie who sat me down and took my order. I had the Skinny Bowl with fresh sautéed veggies, turkey sausage, two eggs, and green onions. It was a bit on the pricey side but absolutely worth it and the perfect way to start the day. I paired it with a cup of coffee and everything was delicious. Everyone here is friendly and the atmosphere has such a great vibe. I will definitely be coming back for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Went here for an earlies Father’s Day breakfast with hubby and our 2 kids. We were sat immediately… it was close to closing hours. We ordered food and the service was quick. Our server was very friendly and so was the hostess and everyone that was there. The food was delicious… the kids enjoyed everything they ordered and so did we. The house coffee creamer was really good, I got the Mexican chocolate flavor and it was so creamy.

This location has gone through several different restaurants hopefully this one stays.

There was an issue with our receipt and it was taken care of immediately.

This location is good for family gatherings, dates or celebrations.

This is a cute little spot where the food really tastes homemade and comforting. I tried the loco moco bowl and it was rich and flavorful. My husband tried the classic sausage and eggs with two blueberry pancakes. The pancakes were perfectly cooked and fluffy. Their house coffee was very good and I love that they make their own flavored creamers in-house. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. Next time I’ll try the French toast options because they looked amazing!

I decided to visit this restaurant for a late breakfast to indulge in some excellent coffee and comfort food. They’re the first place in town to serve Intelligentsia Coffee, which was a major draw for me. I also had a craving for their delicious but indulgent fried chicken and waffles. I’m glad they had a table available as I was taking my to-go order and was available, and made my choice to dine in rather than take out. Having the food and their yummy latte made into perfection hot right there was nice.
This spot is incredibly popular, and I knew from experience that securing a table, especially on weekends, can be quite a challenge. My family and I have tried to come here several times before, only to be deterred by the long wait. The consistent queues are a testament to their quality, despite the restaurant’s cozy size and somewhat out-of-the-way location. Closing time is always at 2 pm and this must have been a reason why I was able to get a table because I got there close to closing time and they were nice to have me sit on a table.
Overall, the experience was worth the wait. The bold coffee lived up to its reputation, and the fried chicken waffles were as scrumptious as ever. Also, I have tried their other healthier options before with my family, so I already what I’m going for. Service is quick and the owners ( this is a family owned and run shop that I like to support such hard working entrepreneurs) are super nice and helpful. If you’re willing to endure a bit of a wait during their busy hours, this place is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this place and this place is now one of my special places to go.

Ample free parking available in the parking lot.

We came here Sunday morning at 9:30 am , got seated right away. I had an omelet with potatoes, and my daughter had chicken and waffles. The food was ok, nothing special. The toast was super hard. I took one bite and couldn’t eat it. The strawberry earl grey jam was not good. A regular jam as an option would be appreciated. After we got our food, the waitress never really came back to ask how everything was. I was expecting so much more from all the previous reviews. I wouldn’t eat here again.

What a surprise! Lived in Valencia, CA for 36 years and never tried Neighbarista. My loss. Wonderful Denver omelet and a very good almond milk latte (Intelligentsia beans). Friendly service. A bit of a wait to be seated and for food to be served given the crowd (we got there around 11:30am). Convenient free parking in adjoining lot.

A friend brought me here for breakfast and it was delicious. The portions were great and the service was friendly. You can tell that a lot of regulars come to this place to eat. I had the 3 triangle French toast combo with eggs, sausage, and bacon. Our wait was 60 seconds and the atmosphere was wonderful and neighborly.

Left completely full for the rest of the day. Will be back again;)

This place is very calm, the workers are nice and friendly. Biggest complain is the there SO SLOW. Not cooking wise but seating wise, I was there for almost 2 hours waiting to be seated. They need to expand the place or actually use the seating area outside. The food is very good and have good portions. There bakery is very yummy diffidently recommend the coffee bread. Don’t recommend if you want something quick, make sure to have time to come here.

We stopped in for breakfast during our visit to Santa Clarita. The place was easy to find. The staff were nice and friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean. All of the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We had the Cowboy and breakfast Burritos as well as the Chicken and Waffles. We will definitely stop by on our next visit.
