The crew that works at both Pace Florida and Milton Florida are fantastic. My concern is with the Pace store. The parking lot lighting does not work. I don’t feel safe going there after dark and feel very concerned for the employees that have to leave their shifts after dark. I don’t understand why these lights have not been fixed. They have been out for some time now. Thank you for hearing me out.

I used to get lunch here all the time but I won’t be anymore. I’m not the person to leave reviews especially if they are negative but I have been disappointed with this location the last 5 times I’ve gone. They are SO slow. It takes 20+ minutes to get a sandwich. If you order it on the mobile app they don’t put it on the pickup rack when it’s ready so it just sits behind the counter for even longer which happened to me and 3 other customers waiting today. They mess up the toppings half the time. There’s always some kind of issue

The Thanksgiving Turkey Sub is amazing and I recommend getting a side of gravy as it puts it over the top. The staff made my online ordering easy and they were very friendly when I came in to pick up my order. The order was correct and food was hot and ready to go on time.

I ordered my subs with cold meat and cheese so I could warm up later and the manager called me to make sure I did not order cold by mistake.She said they don’t usually get orders like that and wanted to make sure it was correct.

Ordered the Large Engineer which is what I always get. Asked for extra pickle and sandwich with banana peppers on it. What I got was a half made sandwich with almost no mushrooms on one side, about 3 slices of banana peppers on one side only and maybe 1 or 2 small pieces of them on the other side. The meat was not evenly placed on the bread which I also asked for “less bread” but I don’t think they even tried to do that part. The pickles that I received were 1 pickle that was a very thin edge slice and 1/2 of an additional piece. The other sandwich only had one lame slice of a pickle. Just not what I expect for how much they charge for a sub. I guess we’ll just have to find another place.

2 weeks ago we went to the Firehouse Subs in Pensacola so today we stopped by at the Pace to compare and it was very consistent which means good food! I had the New York with Swiss cheese and a small Potato soup my wife had the Turkey and Bacon with chips It was great but the restroom was lacking or it gets a 5. Cleanliness is always important but especially now! Stop in and enjoy! $25.00 round it off and contribute to the Fire Department!!

Overall the place was good. Service was friendly and the restaurant was clean.
I think this place is a bit over priced. $14.00 for a sub sandwich, soda and small bag of chips is a bit much.
I give a 4 star review only because the meat on my New York steamer was not drained enough. It made the bread soggy and even caused a small puddle to form in the red basket. Other than that… All good.
