Ordered lunch at work with coworkers. Restaurant forgot ALL of the condiments, dipping sauces and honey. One coworker’s meal had her sides in the container but was missing the CHICKEN entirely! Another coworker was missing one of her sides from her meal as well. First and last time ordering here as we will not be ordering from this location again.

Just wow! From the moment we walked in greeted by the lady in a scarf to the food! It was such a great experience! The food was perfect, chicken was juicy and the biscuit was soft! You can tell the staff was invested in making this a great visit!

The service was amazing and the food was HORRIBLE. The food was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had at a Lee’s and I eat it occasionally. I will NEVER go back to this location. Portions were way smaller than any other Lee’s. Very sad for the West Side. Hopefully they can do better or this place will close in no time. Good Luck

This is a hit or miss. Some times I rave about it… some times I get the RUDEST service.. today was one of those days.. lady at the window was nice.. lady on the inside… not so much. Very rude. And I match energy.

I personally have had several bad run ins with this restaurant. I’m talking about my family. Eh eehh is not the proper response when you’re ordering a quantity of chicken. Coming from the drive thru speaker. You do sell chicken? Right ???
But , I Will say it’s gotten better and better. I love my gizzards and gravy, potato wedges, Krispy Chicken. So I’m pleased to say thank you for improving your service.
I’ve stopped in several times after this last review, and the people working there work with you to help get your order sorted out . It’s been great . The food has improved as well . Gone from hate this place to love it again ! Thank you

Ordered one chicken pot pie at the drive thru. I was told there was a 15 minute wait. I said no problem. Pulled over and waited. Approximately 30 minutes later I walked in to see where my order was. The 3 employees were in the back engaging in casual conversation. The lady that took my order asked what I wanted. I said that I came in to see about my pot pie… They took their time getting my pot pie in the box without any apology or explanation. I commented that it had been a long 15 minutes. No response.
