No place else can you see so many people and get so many beers from different places in Wisconsin. State Fair, Summer Untapped, Harvest Fair you name it this the place to be hands down.

While outflanked by massive Budweiser buildings the facts that this place exists and was also extremely packed shows the ubiquity that craft beer has risen to. At a state fair setting set in arguably one of the origins of average American lagers the demand for a vast selection of craft beer was evident.
The Micro is only open during the two Wisconsin State Fairground events each year. Pouring over 20 different beers, mostly summer styles, in pints of larger from the main bar. The “Flight School” bar provides flights of 4 different beers for roughly the same price as a pint. Conveniently close to the grandstands too.
