Oh my goodness, last night this Domino’s Pizza made the best pizza I’ve ever tasted in my life. Seriously. I’m not kidding. I’m 45 years old and I’ve had plenty of pizza in my life but this pie was something like a phenomena. They had the awesome deal of any pizza up to 5 toppings just $9.99 and I saw an ad which sounded superb so I went on the app and placed my order for delivery. 12″ hand pan crust w Alfredo sauce instead of the robusto Marinara, extra mozzarella cheese, Philly Steak beef, (I don’t like green peppers so I subbed out) Banana Peppers, and black olives. It arrived about in about an hour since I placed my order at 6:10pm which is completely understandable for a Friday night. Thank you so much Domino’s! You completely made my day and my night! Definitely calling you guys again!

Stopped in for a quick pickup and ended up having a whole vibe. The staff was on point, attentive, and the manager was polite and professional.The wait was super short, but honestly I didn’t mind because the music was giving “Did y’all steal my playlist or do we just have the same taste and soul?” Either way, 10/10 would stop in again for pizza and a mini concert. ✨

A team member did greet me whenever I came into the lobby. No one suggested a dipping cup to add to my order as a matter fact, they were talking walking around. A delivery driver took an order out another one came in and got another order took it out. The two people that were in here making the in-store orders again went to the back and I’m sitting in the lobby. No one‘s back here doing anything. So in lobby, Service Not good atmosphere not good. They really should take this sign down because the two questions do not pop up whenever you put it in. And the two team members in here do not know how to manage this coupon that they say that they will give you. It’s a mess.

Took almost 2 hours to have 3 small things delivered and they still forgot something. So I tried to call back and whatever boy answered sounded completely wiped out of his mind and told me he didn’t know what I wanted him to do about it. All I wanted was for him to call the delivery driver and ask if he forgot it in his car or something but apparently he couldn’t do that or just simply didn’t understand what I was saying. And the dominos app will only offer you a discount on your next order instead of refunding you which is bs too

If I could give 0 stars I would, its been 2 months dealing with issues with this location. I ordered pizza online through their website and my card kept coming up error, so I reorder for cash payment upon delivery. When I got there the cashier charged my card 3 times, on top of my card being charged through the system. So, in the end I was charged 240 dollars for one single order of 60 dollars. The issue was never resolved, have contacted the manager multiple times, manager stated to call corporate and nothing was ever done. Im very disappointed. I used to love dominoes and would buy frequently, due to this happening I unfortunately wont ever eat here or another location again.

Tonight I was hungry and undecided what I wanted. I decided to call Domino’s and I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of John. I just wanted to say he was one of the nicest gentleman, and best phone manners I’ve had in a long time. When I arrived to get the pizza, The atmosphere in the store was definitely escalated by his presence. Everyone was smiling and having a great time. The gentleman that waited on me at the counter turned out to be John. I was blown away on how super friendly, funny and a genuine concern for customer service that he displayed. Now I’m home I’m eating my pizza and it is absolutely amazing. I give John and the Monroe Domino’s location a superior rating. Service like that deserves recognition. Can’t wait to visit this store again soon.b

The pizza is usually good. The service is absolutely not. Today the app said my order would be ready in 5 more minutes. Arrive to get it and they haven’t even began making it, so it’ll be 25-30 more minutes in addition to the 20 I have already waited. Had I known it would take so long, I would have ordered Pizza Hut. This location has gotten TERRIBLE about orders being remotely on time. If they would update the difference in the app, it would not be such a big issue.

I order a pizza for work last week wasted a hour and some change to have a cold pizza, the manager when I called and complained was very nice and was eager to fix my order he went beyond. On the order it looked so much better than the cold pizza I got and the presentation of the pizza was amazing I even got a sweet lady who deleted my hot pizza and called me to tell me she was at my location with the pizza thank you to the manager for fixing my order and making the pizza look so good

I came in on 1/22/26 after ordering my pizza online. I went to the front desk and the man that tosses the pizza came to help me so that I could pay for my order. I paid in cash and when he took the cash from me he had residue on his hands. After I paid he went back to tossing the dough without washing his hands. Another man came in to pay as well with cash and another worker helped him and this kid did not wash his hands as well before going back to making food. This very unsanitary and gross.
