I just wanted to grab something to eat before getting my haircut at Tuckers, and I’m so glad I did. Everything was amazing. I mean, so good I had to remember to chew before taking the next bite. I just wanted to devour the entire bowl of food. It was a delicious escape into a Hawaiian paradise! Definitely will come back and I’ve already recommended this place to friends.

Went to lunch with my family. I ordered a Mixed Teriyaki Plate and so did my son. They with came one decent sized piece of steak and 3-4 pieces of chicken. They were all cut very thin but they stayed tender… And tasted wonderful!! In addition to the meat it included white rice and macaroni salad, which was also good. My sister had the Teriyaki Chicken plate and had to give several pieces to my son because there was so much of it. Mom had the Coconut Shrimp and loved it! Overall a great meal… Although the knives were not very sharp. LOL

However, the administration/ business operation and service are poor…
consistently inconsistent.
The last 3 TIMES I’ve attempted to patron this business, I’ve experienced the following: 1. They gave my phone-in order to someone else, had to remake it, requiring an additional 25-minute wait, arriving late to my next appointment.
2. They closed 45 minutes early because “they ran out of food.”
3. They closed 50 minutes early because “the dishwashing staff couldn’t keep up.”
Sooo, if you’re patient, find them actually open, and they don’t give your order away, you’ll discover the food is decent and reasonably priced.

I like this place, and if I lived here I would eat here often. The portions are generous, taste good, and are reasonably priced. I got the teriyaki sampler. I like the chicken better than the steak. I’m glad that the maccaroni salad didn’t have excessive mayo.

Been a long time since I’d been in but, wow! Today 10-7-25 i got the grilled teriyaki chicken and steak plus rice and an amazing side of mac salad for $17! 3 good sized thin pieces of chicken and a good sized thin ribeye steak. Worth every penny and had a bit of steak and chicken to take home for later. Will definitely be back

Somone had gotten me teriyaki chicken from here before so I decided to sit down and try it when I was in the neighborhood. I tried the fish tacos because I saw them at table over and they looked good. Good however turns out to be an understatement. The fish was crispy yet juicy and flavorful. The sauce on top of it was a nice touch. The mac and cheese needed a dash of salt but the amazing teriyaki sauce in a bottle made up for it. I’m assuming it’s made in-house I’ve never tried anything like it. I asked for a side of mango salsa which also did not disappoint. It was sweet spicy. Not normally a fan of plain white rice but with a dash of that Teriyaki I ate it right up. Dessert was also nice. Everything left me smiling and planning for a second visit the next time I am here from the coast.
Atmosphere was amazing as well as the customer service. Great place for the family. Good vibes all around.

First time here and was very pleased.
the wife had teiryaki chicken and steak dinner. It came with a heaping helping of white rice and some macaroni salad.
I had the chicken katsu, it can with the same sides.
We will be returning!!

Really good food however they close early if they feel like it so don’t make for sure plans on eating there even if the website says they are open. Super disappointing.

In town for work looking for something decent… ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki (spicy was an extra $1). Food was really good but zero spice. I’d return, really nice staff!
