Routinely out of common things like tomatoes, olives, and the lettuce is wilted. We are done w/ subway. They have totally gone downhill since the menu changes a few years back.

Went in on March 9th at around 1:50/2:00ish I never write reviews, but the service was so incredibly terrible. Me and my mom went in to get five sandwiches. They weren’t even busy, yet the employees acted like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. Not one smile, not even a hello—just cold stares and bad attitudes. I have never had a more uncomfortable experience ordering food. It was awkward, unwelcoming, and honestly, just plain rude. If you’re going to work in customer service, at least try to be decent to people

Bread was so burnt that it was impossible to eat. They advised us that their toaster was broken so the bread came out of the oven burnt and they served it to a customer! Very disappointed. Returned to the store and Phillip, the manager was kind enough to remake the order.

We eat Subway probably once a week. With the Five Mile location closed, Indian Trail is closer than Shadle. Ordered 3 Footlongs online. Each sandwich looked like it was throw together. They were covered in sauce and the bread was falling apart. I’ll take the extra few minutes to go to Shadle going forward.

The spinach and lettuce were slimy and brown. Limited on what to put on the sandwich due to terrible veggies. Staff tried to accommodate but w/o fresh produce, not possible. I will not go to this Subway again and have warned many others of my most recent experience!

Sunday night I stopped by to get dinner at 6:50pm. Was told they were closed even though the open sign was still lite and I was 10 minutes before closing time. Came back a couple days later for 2 sandwiches. One 12 inch and one 6 inch. The bread was so hard that it was actually crumbly on both sandwiches. They were out of tomatoes. Very disappointed. For the price we pay these days I think that quality would be more important. Don’t think I’ll be back.

The bread and the cookies were both stale. The bread was rock hard on the ends. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies had a weird cherry flavor to them.
The prices have skyrocketed, $14 for a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch footlong seemed a little excessive. However it was not really a surprise.
I will say the service was excellent.

Not gonna lie, I have been away long enough for things to change. I worked for subway on/off (not this one but various ones around here and Las Vegas) and I can tell you they have gotten way worse. They slice their turkey even thinner than it was before, and now give 6 slices instead of 8.
I got a basic turkey sandwich with nothing extra on it to upcharge, and I got 3 cookies. It came out to $16.64. FOR ONE SANDWICH AND 3 COOKIES!

The embarrassing thing that is specific to THIS store is that I was told the total of $16.64 and let the cashier know I had the 64 cents. Gave her a good 5 seconds before she pushed the button, then goes “Ooops, my bad, I already pushed the thing.” And In my mind I’m thinkin “So? You can do basic math right?” I decided it wasnt worth it because I guess shes slow to move, AND to think. Its not against the rules for someone to give you exact change even after the button is pressed lol. It doesn’t change the drawer and it has nothing to do with scamming. When they try it with big bills is a completely different scenario. I have just never had that stupidity happen to me till today lol. Just embarrassing.

I came in on my lunch break at 1:00. When I arrived, there was a large family ordering several sandwiches. The poor girl behind the counter was going as fast as she could, but with only one employee on duty, and no back ups she just couldn’t keep up. I saw several people come in and walk out because of the wait time. I finally ordered my sandwich after waiting 20 minutes. Hey corporate! Maybe you should staff your establishments during peak lunch times.
