Ordered the all nighter and farmhouse breakfast sandwiches and no sooner paid for them and they had the order ready. Also had a chocolate chip cookie and country bagels and gravy breakfast sandwich which was so good!I was very impressed considering how busy the drive thru and inside was. Great service and sandwiches were delicious!

I’ve never been to an Einstein Bagels before, but I noticed the store on my way to work, I figured it would be nice to pick up some bagels for myself and my coworkers, So I popped in to pick some up. I browsed the menu for a bit and then when I was ready to order I asked the Lady closest to the front counter “Where do I place an order?” (Theres registers on both ends of the counter so I wasn’t sure where to order) She looked at me like I was dumb before responding with a “ya”. I told her I would like to get the Half Dozen & Shmear bagel pack, and I asked her if they need to all be the same or can I choose a variety? and again, it seemed like my question caught her off guard? I informed her that I’ve never been to an Einstein Bagels and didn’t know the process, but her demeanor was as though my questions were dumb and that I was inconveniencing her. We figured out which 6 bagels I wanted, and I also asked for a cold brew coffee. I moved down to the registers on the other end of the counter to pay for my items and luckily, I noticed the cooler of shmears and grabbed one since she never informed me of the shmear options or where they were. Which I found odd since I had let her know I wanted the bagel & shmear combo pack & informed her that I was a new customer…. I paid for my Items and did not receive a receipt so I’m not sure if I was charged correctly either.
Overall, the food is good, the store was clean, but the Service felt belittling.
Not sure if I will be returning.

Recently have become a fan of your products. You’ve become a delicious addition to my wife and my weekend mornings. We love the variety of bagels offered that fit both of our sometimes conflicting tastes. We just shared a ‘Farmhouse egg bagel’ that was conveniently sliced in half…and we agreed that it was delightful. I personally love the cranberry, sugar and cinnamon bagels and my better half enjoys the jalapeno, but we haven’t found one we didn’t like. Always fresh, crunchy and tasty.
Your staff has always been friendly and attentive even during rushes, (I’m a walk-in)…and the on-line orders have always been ready to go as soon as I arrive. Highly recommend.

I ordered three bagels for Work yesterday and they were very delicious. I had the chocolate one and it was very excellent for a second time ordering from them. I would order definitely over and over again.

I quite enjoy the begals, I usually get a chocolate chip one warmed up and an egg sandwich with cheese and sausage. They’re delicious and the staff are always amazing and they gave me a bunch of napkins that I really appreciated! I also love the Chocolate cold brew blended drink, it might be my new favorite drink ever.

The middle aged Hispanic guy with black hair (not sure if it was the manager or not) was rather rude to my mom that had Alzheimer’s. He was being really impatient with her and it really pissed me off. Will not be returning. Do better. If you can’t be patient with elderly people go work somewhere else. You have no reason to be pompous.

The bagels were good and fresh but I wasn’t too impressed with the brisket, it was flavorless and chewy. They also only had sea salt chips. But they had alot of bottled drink options and they had 4 or 5 types of coffee brewed as well. Also, maybe 15 types of bagels. I didn’t care for how they stacked my bagel either. Manager was very sweet though.

Everyone is always so nice and the bagels taste good for Arizona (nothing beats an east coast bagel lol) I get a bagel once every other week and sometimes a drink. Downside is they don’t tell you they are out of a certain size so they just give you a different size no matter what you pay. They usually fix it when you get there to pick up your order

The place over seems good my complaint is I was doing a door dash here and my order was supposed to be done around 9:14 am and 9:30 has come and passed I understand a place being busy it was breakfast time but watching there cook put walk ins ahead of orders that have been placed 20 plus mins early makes it to ware i would not order delivery from this place. Just me I guess
