We had an excellent meal and experience at Rakuzen. Peak lunch hours – the service was timely and great. Especially the super warm and friendly wait staff with their smiles! The AYCE menu at $39.99 (less $5.00 current promo) is a great solid deal for exploring the big menu of hot kitchen food, salads, soups, noodle, entrees, sushi, rolls and sashimi. Generally we don’t fill up on things like fried rice or noodles – so we selected several hot dishes and lots of great sushi and sashimi.
The hot kitchen food was all served freshly cooked and piping hot! While everything was good – some of our faves were the Age Tofu, Shrimp Tempura, and Green Mussels.
The sushi (nigiri) and sashimi were all very fresh and generous in fish cuts. We got Yellowtail, Salmon, Tuna, Red Snapper, Squid, Octopus, Ikura etc.
For an AYCE – this is the best quality and service we’ve ever had. Nothing felt rushed or shorted, and everything was clean and fresh – something somewhat rare when it comes to buffets or AYCE. The best part was definitely the exceptional service – the kindest smiles from the wait staff!
We hope Rakuzen can maintain their prices and their quality and service – if so, we will definitely make this a top go-to pick!

Rakuzen has a very calming atmosphere, especially during the later hours of the day. I definitely recommend coming at least once, and trying their sushi. The service is great as always, and the place is a big step up from their previous location on the second floor.

The restaurant is spotless, modern, and has a fresh, inviting vibe. We did the all-you-can-eat sushi and WOW… every single roll was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The fish is incredibly fresh, the portions are generous, and everything came out fast and perfectly made.

Finally glad to have an all you can eat sushi place nearby. The quality and quantity of choices in their all you can eat menu is great. Even their non all you can eat menu has a great amount of choices and fair pricing. Will definitely be going here for now on when I’m craving sushi

The food was amazing, my favorite part was the yakatori and the kimchi fried rice, and if you go on your birthday like I did they will give you a ball of ice cream fried in tempura batter with chocolate sauce and whipped cream which is delicious!! I do recommend going.

Great buffet with soooo many options! I liked that I could have fried rice, good quality sushi, Thai food, and more. I think the price is fair for what’s offered. The staff are extremely kind and on top of clearing plates and refilling drinks. Let’s keep this small business going!

It’s so nice having a new sushi spot in the area. I know they’ve been around for a couple months, but I recently tried them and they have definitely become one of my new go-tos! You can’t beat the deal of buying one specialty roll and getting the second half off. Every roll is fresh, flavorful, and packed with good ingredients.
I usually order for pickup and it’s always ready on time. I haven’t sat down to eat there yet, but they do offer all-you-can-eat and I’d love to try that soon. Even though the mall itself has gone downhill, this place is a great reason to still stop by. If the mall eventually closes, I genuinely hope they find another nearby location because they deserve to keep thriving.

We decided to give this new place a try for lunch and we’re not disappointed. Tons of selections on the all you can eat menu and you cant beat the price. Everything was made fresh to order and came out fast. The crab rangoons were delicious! Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 as a lot of the sushi rolls were very similar, and not as much variety but they were all very good.

I am so pleased that my beloved Osaka has rebranded and expanded. The new location on the ground floor of the Hamilton Mall is an excellent choice as their hours are expanded, no longer limited by the mall’s hours.

I lived in japan for 2 years and was super spoiled having the best sushi ever…. I moved back to the states and was searching for “that spot” well I have to say this is the best I have ever had! Clean, fast, and amazing service!!! All you can eat is 39 bucks and its well worth it!
