I was looking for something to eat & had hoped the Gondo Fusion staff were still available to help. They were open. I just needed a side to go with the lunch I brought to work that day. The folks were very friendly and welcoming. I was excited to see zucchini fries on the menu and they were perfect. I had a nice lunch and will come back another day for some yummy food and to try some items from the main menu.

The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly! Absolutely worth trying if you see their food truck or are nearby. The chilaquiles are stellar, and the burrito with orange sauce is fantastic. Fusion done really well.

Gondo Fusion is one of those places that really surprised me with how creative and flavorful it was. A Cuban-Mexican fusion concept, it manages to honor both cuisines while creating something completely new. The food was it okay, it wasn’t bad basically kind of just finished it because of the amount of money that we spent. I think by adding a little guacamole and sour cream it made my burrito over $20. I can say the rice was good and that was mostly what the burrito was filled with so that they didn’t have to put more meat in it or other ingredients they stuffed it with Rice. my daughter ordered the loaded fries pretty good amount of meat but not a lot of other ingredients on it, me and my daughter were not happy about the food, and won’t come back the price $54 for a burrito loaded fries and then my husband I ordered him a Cuban sandwich which he hasn’t tried yet. it’s just in this economy $54 just for those three items is just crazy and then the food just being mediocre and I could have went to Alberto’s got it for maybe under 30. Won’t be back. RESPONSE: YOUR PRICES WERE NOT THE ISSUES, YOUR FOOD WAS SUBSTANDARD FOR THE PRICE. MY 12$ SHRIMP BURRITO SPOT IS KILLING YOUR 20 DOLLAR ONE. SAME WITH YOUR LOADED FRIES. Update! This food truck never disappoints! Got the Havana sandwich! And omg it’s perfection! I’m not a big mustard fan but it goes so well in the Havana!
The Horchata was made to perfection, best of all its dairy free so go wild! And omg the Churro cheesecake is amazing!!! I missed out on the food bc I was on a time crunch but don’t skip out on their foods! The Havana is delicious!!
