Place was pretty empty but picked up. They might have the oldest shuffleboard table in the state. Most of that bartenders were pretty cool except one, she was not happy, but she did have to deal with people like this guy in the video here so I understand.

Big servings, good prices, friendly staff! Love how dark it was inside, painted black and red. Bottles were displayed well and easy to see. So much stuff to look at on the walls and around the bar! Loved the Foo Fighters pinball machine! Some of the stuff hanging and on the walls even included some REALLY cool vintage advertising signs and swag.

A clean dive bar vibe but service is not kind or helpful. Unfortunately the big bummer was that the food was so gross.. and for $18 I was hoping for a burger that wasn’t very overcooked and with absolutely zero seasoning.
The sloppy Joe was just mashed up ground beef and bbq sauce… that meal wasn’t even finished

Update – they’ve turned some of the TVs off later at night.
Totally love the new place connected next door (Maude’s). Great spot with a cool vibe. Sadly being a bit spoiled by too many overly bright TVs – Especially for such a small space. Sully was fabulous and the food was really good. Hoping they turn some of them off when there isn’t a game on.

Great place to grab a beer and play a few around pinball, pool, or shuffleboard. The folks here are nice and pretty friendly. Super spacious with lots of seatings. Overall a fun reasonable place to hang out.

Pub fare from the adjoined restaurant Square Knot Diner is your standard pub food but definitely hits the spot.
Your eyes will never be bored here with a dark eclectic decor and dozens of knickknacks. The music matches the mood of the bartenders on staff and several arcade games and shuffleboard will keep you entertained till last call.

First time I went in, it was great. The bartender there was really cool and nice but the second time there was a different bartender and she was mean. She seemed annoyed I was even there and told me they don’t do cocktails despite me getting one from there just the other day, they were making cocktails left and right. I guess it depends who’s working there if the place is any good.

Always intrigued by these classic old bars, 9lb. has that dark wood old school charm. Love a place with some pinball machines! Decent beer selection and the bar staff were super friendly and personable. The food choices are priced super fair, but we felt taste wise it was just ok. We did really enjoy both the fries and onion rings! Lots of seating and a great place to hang out with friends.

A fun night out in town has to include 9lb! If Shooting pool or shuffleboard is you thing, come on by! They also have lots of pin ball machines and great, delicious foods.
