This location has a lot of potential, but its overall Google rating of 3.8 is relatively low. My experience tonight was positive, so I gave it five stars. I ordered nuggets and asked for them to be made fresh, after waiting about five minutes, both the nuggets and fries were hot and fresh. If leadership focuses on being more friendly and consistently serving fresh food, this location could see significant improvement. Otherwise, it risks continuing in the wrong direction.

First time here, I chose this because was almost right on the highway 287. So it was on my way.
This place is very big.
It didn’t have Burger King logos outside of the building, so j wasn’t sure if that was BurgerKing, there is 1 small logo on the side, I saw it only after pulled on parking lot.
Inside was very clean.
There are male and female bathrooms which were also clean.
This place is either new or newly renovated. Looked very nice and clean once again.
A guy who took my order was friendly, smiling

But need to keep a better eye on the children’s play area. While we were there with our 4 yr old grandson, an adult came in with a child that could barely walk (maybe 1.5 yrs old at most). Adult(parent) climbed into the play thingy and actually slid down the tunnel slide with the tiny child. Not good.
I had it my way and loved every bite!

Went there three days ago at 9pm. Ordered an original chicken sandwich. Got home to Somerville and opened up the rapper. Someone took two bites out of the sandwich. Called the night manager And expressed my concerns. He said someone else will get back to me. Haven’t heard from anyone. I’m sure the sandwiches are made there. But no one seems to care. Beware of the food there. You almost need to check it before you leave.

Our sodas were contaminated with some type of chemical. The first sip of soda tasted of soap or some type of cleaning solution. We called up all the asked if we wanted our sodas replaced and then hung up on me. Last time we are eating here!

Nov 10 2019 impossible whopper meal for solo dinner: $10sth. Fries were good, not super oily. The burger was ok in flavor. The patty was undercooked. Got extra cheese: which wasn’t worth it as they just put a slice, also it reduced the flavor of the burger. They served the order within a minute, so I doubt it was fresh. The portion size was good.
Recommendation: maybe. I don’t know if it’s just this joint or this is how impossible whoppers are.
