I have eaten at alot of pizza places but this place blows most of them out of the water. The crust is so good it’s almost like a pretzel or saltine cracker the toppings were good and the price wasn’t bad. Love this place will be back for sure

Second week in a row, I put a pickup order in, had the online tell me 20 minutes, and upon arrival at 5 minutes past the eta, I sat for an additional 20 minutes. The portal needs adjustment. I’m sure the team was doing as well as they can.

Came back home to visit my mom, and the first thing was I wanted a Cassanos pizza !! It was delicious just as I thought it would be…I had a craving for it.. I ate about 5 pizzas in a months time.. Sure wished they had this in Florida. I grew up with the mouth watering flavor of a Cassanos pizza!! Please stay around, never close!! 10 out of 10 for me !!

The last couple of times that I’ve gone to Cassanos Pizza King, I’ve tried something new. One was a calzone and the other was the garlic cheese piega. I was not impressed with either. The calzone was LOADED with onions. Even looking back at this photo now makes my stomach turn.

This is go around number two with Cassano’s. The first complaint was never resolved so I figured I’d give him a chance. Maybe it was a fluke so at 11:15 today I order food for noon pick up so I can have it on my lunch break I get there at 12:08 the food‘s not ready. They hadn’t even started making it but yet they started making people’s food that came in after me‘s food before me upon receiving my food, I ordered a deluxe pizza with extra cheese no extra cheese the old gentleman at the counter, proceeded to try to take my pizza in the back to just throw cheese on top of it. I declined. I didn’t contacted the manager who I was told they could do a remake it would take about 30 minutes which defeats the purpose because I’m at lunch I called corporate. They tell me they can give me a 25% discount on my next order. Unacceptable so I guess their way of making their ends meet or you know to stay out of the red is to screw you out of the things that you pay for not offer to refund you what they don’t give it to you And make their money two or three dollars at a time. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never ever go to Cassanos again they have no structure their employees act like it’s a burden to be at work. The quality of the food is garbage and they’re not even willing to rectify situations that they created. Not know how they stay in business it is in Pauling and once again I left a message for a district manager that I’ll never get a call back. I don’t know how many messages I’ve left for Miss Miller. It’s pointless. Chip You should reevaluate your employees in the way you’re running your business because it is absolutely horrible.

I’ve been to this location plenty of times, and it never fails how I get treated. They always treat me respectfully and ensure that I walk out with what I order. When I left the building, one of the employees made sure I had extra napkins because who wants to eat their food and waste their paper towels at home? Lol. With all seriousness, the pizza was great!!! I did takeout, but I ordered online, and it was ready when I got there. I am happy with my purchase, and the food was fantastic.
