We ordered Enchiladas Rancheros and Quesabirria.

The is a pretty cool mexican pit stop. It’s outdoors and the restaurant is a food truck inside of a structure. There is just 2 tables outside and seating. This is a popular eatery and I can see why!

Service is straight forward. Order at the window, receive a pager, and wait. You don’t need to know spanish, if anyone was wondering.

Atmosphere: As food trucks go, it’s good.

Food: the Enchiladas Rancheros were delicious! The refried beans…were not very good. Rice was basic.

The Quesabirria was good but bland. Idk if they are tailoring to the tastes of the residents, but spice is lacking. It was saved by their packaged hot sauce, which saved the day with its spicey level and smokey aroma.

Overall, good place to get your mexican fix.

A taco truck BUT the food is amazing. We both ordered Tacos Al Pastor. There were 4 and were PERFECT. Being Mexican and an avid cook for over 50 years I am very picky. This taco truck delivers perfection. The corn cup had a spicy bite but was out of this world. For 2 orders of 4 tacos and 2 corn cups was $30.50. More than I expected for a to go order but well worth the price
