This was my first time ordering here and they knocked it out of the park. The egg roll was delicious with homemade duck sauce. The sesame chicken and fried rice were I think the best I’ve ever had. 100/10

We are Jimmy Chen lovers. When ever we do Chinese is Jimmy Chen. We take out often but also love eating in. We expect friendly, attentive service. This is not what we have gotten the last 3 times we came here. We have to ask for everything. What’s up with the crispy noodles and sauce. Its our favorite part of eating in. Very stingy. We are out of sauce and almost out of noodles. We ask for more sauce, it’s clearly empty but he returns with just sauce , no noodle. Its like serving salsa without chips. I order my meal…..I ask for extra broccoli. The meal arrives and the broccoli is literally cold. Had to ask for more napkins as well. Who can eat Chinese with out extra napkins. This is elementary stuff as far as what wait staff should anticipate. We really do love this place but this waiter needs an adjustment. Dining in should be an lovely experience, he makes it an experience we can do with out.

I have been to Jimmy Chen’s several times this past year. It is probably one of the best affordable chinese food places this side of the Mississippi. My go to is simple General Tsos Shrimp and Shrimp Fried Rice and its never not been phenomenal. I’ve had Chinese food from NYC to Chicago to Philly: in terms of price, value, taste its the best. Really the only better Chinese food I’ve had has been double the price. I will say though, try to order when Jimmy himself is there. Man is a beast helping every where he can and I definitely feel the food is better when he’s around.

Good food. Just pricey compared to other Asian restaurants. Close by so I go here. I spent fifty five dollars on three items and a roll…. When I asked for extra duck sauce the lady got weird and tried to charge me. If you’re spending over a certain amount I think you should get some extra duck sauce at no charge…. I don’t think they loose much by giving an extra sauce here and on the house for customers who spend good money there every couple of weeks….

First time coming to this place. I was staying in CT for 3 days with my bf. We should’ve came to this place sooner because the food quality and the portion is so much better.
My boyfriend and I got the lunch special- Takeout.
Price was fair and reasonable.
Food tasted really good.
We also asked to substitute our rice for brown rice which they did.
They gave me generous amount of chicken where the other Chinese place I went to (which I won’t name) gave me like 5 pieces of meat and 90% vegetables.
Their hot and sour soup was my favorite.

Jimmy chen always delivers on their food. It’s very constant. It’s a good American Chinese choice! My woman loves to throw back the Singapore noodles.

I’m not ordering from there again especially near the holidays it is ridiculously chaotic all these people hunched inside waiting you should be able to pay online for the order instead of having to go inside only to have all these people waiting around inside all around. The food was not worth that chaotic nonsense or the wait.
