My husband stopped by today (twice) to get some cupcakes and brownies for his physical therapy staff and then again for me/us to enjoy. We just split the chocolate eclair cupcake and WOW! Not only was the cupcake pretty to look at but I believe it was THE moistest cupcake I have EVER put in my mouth! I can’t wait to try the Red Velvet and Lemon Drop cupcakes he got for me/us!

They had one GF option and it was actually extremely flavorful and the texture was moist. This is tough to do with GF baked goods I’m highly impressed. I wish they had more flavors for Gf but just happy there was one. I’ll be back!

I recently sent an order through DoorDash to my sister who lives in Charlotte when she was going through tough personal issues.
The team at the store took the time to hand write my electronic door dash note onto the box, which really helped make my sister smile! Truly grateful for them going above and beyond to help me reach out to my sister, even when I’m thousands of miles away. You guys are real ones!

Finally the wait is over and I get to enjoy smallcakes in my area. Didn’t know the official grand opening date due to online website so I decided to pull up this morning.
Everyone knows I love sweets so much. I was super excited when I seen the customized parking spaces in front made me feel special. Lea was very friendly and patient with me as I tried the homemade ice cream and I was ready to make a move on it. I had no idea they sold ice cream too. Yummy! Anything with a homemade touch is a winner in my book nowadays. Lea also let me know she is the bakery with a smile. Love it. I with my favorites the pink chocolate and the wedding cake.

This place is amazing! We walked by after getting dinner nearby and they were just getting ready to close. We tried a bunch of their ice cream which was so good and left with cupcakes. The gentleman who helped us was named Ian and he was awesome. This is our new go-to spot for treats!

Thought about cupcakes for a birthday party then saw they did cakes as well. Asked about making a German Chocolate for my husbands bday and the lovely person said of course I can do that. The cake was personalized and gorgeous and absolutely delicious! All of our guests loved it! Will definitely spread the word and go back again. Excellent service.

This specific small cakes has told me multiple times they only bake gluten free cupcakes on weekends. I have called 5 different times trying to get a gluten free cupcake on a Friday-Sunday and they literally never have them. I have been successful getting one 1/5 times. I called yesterday (Friday) asking they had them. The person working told me “I didn’t get around to making them”, but that she would have some today (Saturday). I just went in to grab some and she sold out. Why would you say you sell gluten free cupcakes on the weekends if you literally never have them? I won’t be trying again at this location. Absolutely ridiculous.

The entire staff are angels. Very professional , respectful , kind & accommodating. I’ve been here a handful of times now. This particular time Tlissa ( apologies for the misspelling ) went out of her way to make my day just a bit greater. I have a gift Card that I haven’t been able to use for some reason. Tlissa volunteered to type the numbers in manually to help me out. Even though I already had another payment method ready to use.

I visited this location on May 2nd, 2024 at 10:10am. First off the store opened 10 minutes late and then when I started to order the cashier was rude. She acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I will never come back to this location.
