Amazing restaurant that does pizza and cheesesteaks right under one roof. we stopped by on our way to Jersey for a classic cheesesteak, but the margarita pizza looked better than some NY pizzerias. The meat was tender and the bread tasted fresh out of the oven. Highly recommend!

My first time trying this spot. Definitely do yourself a flavor and pass through. The Philly cheesesteak is delicious. The pizza was top tier. The service was great with a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely return and try some other dishes which I have great confidence they will be delicious!!!!

$4.00 for garlic? Where is it? Specifically asked when ordering if it was powdered chopped or roasted, and they said chopped. Everytime we’ve ordered garlic there has been none. Just about done with them.

First time customer. Had 2 slices of margherita pizza for $8.51. Slices were tasty. 4 stars because I didn’t get freshly made (they were last two slices sitting behind the glass, don’t know how long sitting there), but they heated in oven and they were good. Althuogh I don’t live close by, I will be a returning customer, but next time I’ll have to get a whole pie 🙂

As a former patron of Johnny Longhots, my family and I used to enjoy their offerings. However, tonight’s experience served as a painful reminder of why we stopped ordering from them in the first place. The disappointment began to unfold when we placed an order at 9:00pm, well within their operating hours as they close at 9:30pm. The delivery policy indicated that orders must be placed before 9:15pm – a deadline we adhered to.

Upon receiving my platter of chicken tenders and fries, I was immediately disgusted. The chicken tenders, or whatever one could call them, were a horrendous sight. Ranging in size from small to massive, each one was mercilessly burnt to a crisp. The appalling state of these so-called chicken tenders made it clear that Johnny Longhots had no qualms about sending out old and inedible food to their customers. The audacity to deliver such low-quality food reflects a complete lack of care and disregard for their patrons’ satisfaction.

As I broke one of the chicken tenders apart, my worst fears were confirmed – they were undeniably stale and past their prime. It is an absolute disgrace that an establishment could have the audacity to send out such abhorrent food to paying customers. The abysmal condition of the chicken tenders is a testament to the utter lack of concern for the quality they provide.

What is even more infuriating is that by the time our delivery arrived, Johnny Longhots had already closed for the evening. This conveniently ensured that we had no opportunity to voice our grievances immediately. Regardless of whether it was the opening or closing hour, the quality of their food should remain consistent throughout their operational hours. Unfortunately, this was not the case, as my previous experience with the restaurant mirrored tonight’s fiasco – they sent old food and purposely delivered it after closing time.

I am determined to confront them about their subpar offerings and their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Tomorrow, I plan to take the same disappointing platter back to the restaurant and show them the deplorable quality they deemed acceptable for their patrons. The fact that such a situation has happened not once but twice is truly disheartening.

To encapsulate the appalling nature of tonight’s ordeal, I have attached pictures of the ghastly chicken tenders that arrived at my doorstep. It is my hope that Johnny Longhots will realize the magnitude of their negligence and take immediate action to rectify their quality control issues. As a loyal customer who once enjoyed their food, it is deeply frustrating and disappointing to witness the sharp decline in their standards. Until significant improvements are made, my family and I will never again subject ourselves to such a harrowing dining experience at Johnny Longhots.

If I could take away stars, I would do so without hesitation, for Johnny Longhots does not even deserve the one star I reluctantly give to initiate this review. The disgraceful quality of their food and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction are reasons enough to warrant a negative rating.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first experience. We had to go to the counter to order, which was no problem, but we were initially told there was no soda or straws (only canned soda available) and no soup. They ultimately did have the soup, but when it came out, it was cold and arrived after my fried meal, which had taken a long time and was cold by then. The panini was also missing the cheese it was supposed to include. Fried food especially shouldn’t take that long. Overall, we were very unimpressed and unlikely to return based on this visit.

We eat here about twice a week. Normally it’s an overwhelmingly positive experience.

We ordered last night, a pizza pie and a buffalo chicken stromboli. Both my husband and i got food poisoning. And the chicken tasted bad. Tasted off. We ate and after 45 min both of us were sick at the same exact time

Great pizza. Fries are always crispy, chicken fingers are always good. Poppers are on point. Food is always good. Service always friendly. And did I mention the pizza is great. Especially the 2 buck Monday slice of cheese pizza. Thin crispy and a good amount of cheese. Check out the specials they have at lunch.

Probably my favorite pizza jawn in the area. Always consistent pies, huge menu for everyone to find something to eat. Great special slices always available. Great service and inside is nice. BYOB!

Honestly didn’t really have a bad thing to say but the meat on the sandwich wasn’t seasoned enough. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I noticed that there were more people ordering pizza than subs. I was just visiting the local attractions and had the taste for a cheesesteak since I was so close. Best thing about the sun was the tenderness of the meat and the CHEEZE WIZ!!!
