Downtown Minneapolis doesn’t have the widest range of late-night food options, so I ended up at Five Guys and ordered a burger, fries, and a drink.
The burger was okay — nothing wrong with it — but definitely not worth the high price. For what you get, it feels overpriced and underwhelming.

I was drinking my shake a noticed it tasted a little weird but thought maybe the combo of resees and cookie and cream cookies was just too much. I ended up stalling something slimy and just assumed and told myself it was probably strawberry that somehow got in there but I ended up catching this in my mouth. I have no clue what this is and it made me throw up. What is this??? Outrageous

Don’t get to stop there often, but when I do the Cajun Fries are my favorite menu item. Every time I get the chance and have enough for the Large Fries (which is a very good amount of fries for the amount of money spent). I do miss the Large Cups they used to put the fries in (tend to be more extra fries in the bag when the container was used). However, still hands down the best fries in town in my own opinion.

This Five Guys has a lot to offer the area that it’s in. I’m not sure the hours on game days and such but I think they could have a strong line on those days. From the outside, it can be missed with it being on Nicollet Mall (Bus and walking only) and people couldn’t enter from the outside only through the office building it’s connected to. Now! I don’t blame the management making that decision because the staff have and would have to deal with a lot of distractions outside their pay scale so you have to cut some slack. The food is worth it, and you can easily have a comfortable gathering/meeting at this location. It has a lot of space to offer those who are dinging in and those who are grabbing and going. I enjoyed my visit due to the excellent service I received. The staff were friendly while hardworking. My visit wasn’t at a rush hour so I couldn’t tell you what it’s like during that time but you can go and let me know what your experience was.

We’ve ordered from this particular location four times now, and every single time, there are multiple errors in our order. Ordered cajun fries, got regular. Multiple toppings missing from burgers. I don’t know what is going on at this restaurant, but it’s lazy and incompetent. Do not trust this location for delivery.

Good food and service. Kind of on the pricey side for what it is. Five guys used to advertise as the best $6 Burger you can buy or something like that. Now to get a burger fries and Coke it’s more than most sit down places.

It’s typical to go to the Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis and go eat a very good hamburger at Five Guys.The staff has been always friendly but I miss the latino workers for some reason they are no longer working there . I only wish the classic peanuts were still here, but due to the pandemic, they’re gone.

I’m just figuring that for the price to eat there I would be getting a way better than what I got. Plus I’m sure this was just a mistake I said I want all toppings except mushrooms and I want raw onion all I got on my burger was raw onion. There were several tables that had not been cleaned
