Fantastic new IHOP with excellent staff, great food, and great prices. Dante was an excellent server and genuinely kind. A great example of excellent customer service. I loved the new building and style, but wish the interior had old photographs of IHOP over time instead of advertising on the walls. Not a charming interior, but works for breakfast.

Dawn is a really wonderful server and Tay is an amazing cook! We went on a Tuesday night around 8pm, was greeted immediately by Dawn and her service was awesome. I am picky about bacon and Tay cooked it perfectly! All our food was cooked quickly and was just right (we both had breakfast items). The restaurant is clean and maintained. We didn’t have a good experience before here but since November it is so much better! Hope they can get more business in the evening, they definitely have the right staff especially on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s.

I had an amazing experience at the new IHOP location this morning in Ormond Beach. Right when I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by multiple hostesses/ servers which made me feel really appreciated. I was seated by Elizabeth, who was super bubbly and kind her energy really set a great tone for my meal. My server, Deonte, was very friendly and attentive throughout. The food came out fresh, hot, and delicious, just the way I ordered it. The whole place was bright clean and well-run ( the owner/boss I believe was constantly walking around checking on people ) , and the staff clearly takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

My husband and I had lunch there before the Holidays and liked the food and was happy to have good service, which is hard to find these days. Our server, Eileen was prompt, listened to our order and fun to talk too. I would give her a 5 for her professionalism. Yes, we will come back again.

Our family is so thankful for this new location. It’s spacious with plenty of parking and excellent service. Kim, Robert & Dante are top notch. Going there feels like being taken care of like family. Appreciative of being open on Christmas allowing people to have an outing for breakfast. Very kind. Keep up the great work.
