The grandma Platter was a value. Eggs 2 sides of meat, hash browns, and grits are included.

Called in an order at 2:30 in the morning on a Saturday night, and my call was actually answered , answered within a few rings, the woman was very helpful and respectful, I could appreciate her a lot. Honestly her attitude just by being her natural self a not having an attitude or rushing me off the phone really made my whole day. I don’t think 3 squares fully knows how much they really come through for the people in these late nights. respect. ♥️

I do understand that they were completely busy being a Sunday with a after church crowd. It took quite a while before a server acknowledge us. I ordered the Grandma’s Platter and a side of biscuits & gravy. After about 45 minutes we received our food.
The eggs were completely undercooked with the egg whites still clear, runny, and translucent. I also didn’t receive any toast. They didn’t offer to replace the eggs or discount my bill for something I never ate.
This was a overall poor experience 2 stars because the bacon and sausage were served correctly. The location in Leesburg is head and shoulders better.

I got the Waffle platter. Waffle was so good, I asked for a 2nd Waffle.
And they have REAL BACON! Not that pathetic strips of pig meat that IHOP & others call bacon, it was legit delicious.

They doing it right at this 3 squares for sure! November 22 on the evening shift . Cook rocking the grill waitress humpin it and everybody happy! Never been unhappy coming here! Breakfast was great. I had dinner a day earlier and decided to come back today for breakfast. The servers here Amanda, Sandra and Latrice were very friendly. Hassan was a great cook. Doubling roles as manager, He was excellent at managing the needs of the customers and providing the coordination to assist the servers so service could be delivered promptly. They all made me feel like I was being served at home by a few friends.

We both sat at the counter and before we could look over the menu she yells out what yall getting…We explained we weren’t together..she yelled i know that what yall getting. The entire time she was on the other end cleaning dishes. The other person had went to the back…I left…She was very rude…
