All of my family enjoyed eating here & the food was fresh! My favorite is the Zaxby salad which I tend to eat most of the time. My parents had the salad for the first time a few days ago & they said it was delicious & the portion was generous!

Hot and fresh. However, when you request no sale and extra fries, make sure you get what you requested. Chick-fil-A style drive through is nice. Tenders are getting smaller and smaller with prices getting higher and higher. And at least fill the Zaxby’s sauce.

Had the Classic with cheese and bacon added. Cole slaw is very good. Unsweetened tea is good too. Logan too our order and applied our coupon. Very efficient and patient with me.

UPDATE: it hasn’t changed much after a year. I ordered a zax pak and the “toast” was not toasted at all, the fries weren’t seasoned. Ordered drive thru on the app and they were so backed up I had to go in the store to get my food
The past 4 times I’ve gone they have messed up my order in some shape or form the first 3 I put in through the app and got refunded for but this last time I went through the drive through to see if it was any better but it wasn’t. I just won’t be going to this particular zaxby’s anymore.

The food is delicious,Service not quite well.I order some wings and a Mr.Beast box to go,I trust them,And they only gave me the hot wings..After that I just called them to let them know my situation and they hang me up .Paid 28 dollars for nothing..Just be more carful next time,Some people make a big effort to go eat just to that place,And have that kind of service is very disappointing… I ain’t getting that money back..and the worst about it that they didn’t care when I called them…

Clean atmosphere, but customer service was a bit slow and dragging. Frys were cold, but they did replace them with a fresh order! All in all, it still was a good meal and will be returning soon!!

This is absolutely the worst Zaxbys in the CSRA. I usually avoid at all costs but tonight I wanted Zaxbys and this one was the closest and I hadn’t been in awhile so I thought I’d give them another chance. Every single time I come here I get the same thing. My wings are ALWAYS half tossed in sauce and I’m mostly eating a dry boneless wing and I ALWAYS ask for extra seasoning on the fries (even the extra seasoning is a normal amount at this store) and 9/10 I don’t get the extra seasoning. Tonight’s dinner tasted horrible. Like unseasoned, dry nothing. Also don’t get me started on the chicken bacon ranch fries…. That’s mostly dry fries with chicken pieces thrown on top, maybe 3 small pieces of bacon, and MAYBE a small sprinkle of cheese. Horrible. My kids even complain about it.

Totally disappointed. I make better looking tacos than this. Our tea were also not sweet, nor did they have any ice. There’s hardly any toppings on them. It’s more like a chicken strip in a tortilla. So sad. Oh, and no sauce for the cheesecake bites.
