I ordered a steak and it was terrible. The steak taste like it was cooked on a dirty grill. The mashed potatoes seemed as if they would have tasted good but they were cold. They have lots of games and most are pretty fun . The young lady that served us did a wonderful job. She may have been Hispanic and younger. Great server. Sorry I forgot her name.

The customer service here is great because the waiters check up on you from time to time until you leave. My waitress whose name i don’t remember was was very friendly and enthusiastic. I offered her a slice of my birthday cake for being a good sport towards me and my family which she accepted. I had an Alfredo pasta for dinner but it was a bit salty ngl, regardless i had fun!

We went on a very quiet Thursday evening. Several of the staff members were very helpful and attentive, but the waitress we had was pretty slow; our drinks were only refilled once (a small ding on the star rating).
The restrooms were clean and in good order.
The game variety was pretty great, but some more analog options would be appreciated in the future.
Overall, it was a good value and we had a lot of fun. We’d be willing visit again!

Had a great time. Staff is friendly. Automatic 18% gratuity for large groups. We had 4 adults 4 kids. The food was excellent! We did 5 of the cards that include food and 90 minutes of play time for $60/person. Seemed like the best deal for the ones that wanted to play games. Did one other cards to play some of the games that aren’t included in the 90 minute unlimited play cards. Overall fun experience. The rewards shop is a bit of a joke. Just go to a store or something lol

We were celebrating my youngest son’s 29th birthday. We did not eat at the establishment. The video games were fun and entertaining. 6 if us bought the 60$ fun card and games were 1/2 of for Sunday. The staff gave us soda as a comp. It was great having a new memory as this in was our first time.

We had reservations for 7 people for my son’s 17th birthday. Maria our waitress was so helpful & explained how we order and get the best bang for our buck with playing games & eating! Thank you Maria! The food was good and the game area was really clean with a lot of game options. We had fun but most important my son and his friends had fun! Thank you!

So overall , this has been an epic experience today first, my sons card gets stolen and Craig from the front was a total help and got our card fixed he was amazing.
Then my son’s friend gets here, he’s starving, we go to the restaurant and we get our server, Mark. Mark comes with the highest professional conduct, but my children are unhinged. Kids say “BRO LEMME GET THE MAC AND CHEESE”
mark says “how bout anything to drink or we raw dogging the Mac and cheese bro” the absolute way I begin to crack up that he matched their energy.
He leaves and my kids say “marks a goat fr fr”

I made a reservation to get a table. The original table was really far away from the games so someone in my party asked to be moved closer to the games. We got moved to a booth near the bar and pong game. Once we were seated, I noticed tony ants crawling on the dishes on the table. No one in my party ate off of those. Our server came by and asked for drinks and she disappeared so we went to play games. We came back and tried to flag down a few people to try and get helped. I eventually went to the bar and asked for help. The bartender found our server. The server took our order and someone else brought us our food. The server came back to do a refill, but it was really hard to find her. My partner did not like the mini burgers or the fries. He did like the chocolate cheesecake, although the marshmallows were too hard to eat. The barbacoa quesadillas were good and so were the chocolate brownies. If more games hadn’t been broken, we would have stayed longer. It was a fun activity to do with a family.
