Ordered a biggie bag with a jr bacon cheeseburger which comes with lettuce tomato and mayo it came with none I went inside of a completely dead Wendy’s and they didn’t even acknowledge it at first but when they did the gm was on the way out but turned around when he heard what was happening and the manager just gave me a container with the lettuce a mayo packet and a tomato slice and said make it on your own with none type of compensation I would not go here on a lunch break or something might ruin your day like it did mine

They won’t ask you if you want a medium size combo, they’ll just charge it to you and when you tell them that you didn’t ask for it, they will lie to you saying they don’t have the regular size but is not that they don’t have regular size is that they are just charging you for to make more profit out of doing things the wrong way. Plus, their soft drinks taste like mold which is why I’m talking the time to write this, bad service and bad food the worse combination.

Terrible service. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger biggie bag, 1 small chili, and the free 6pc nuggets on the app (Wednesdays only), and when I brought it home there were no value fries and all 10 of my nuggets were hard, old, and disgusting. Upon returning minutes later the second time, I asked for them to remake it. They made it fresh but forgot my 4pc nuggets THIS TIME. Absolutely terrible service, the lady in charge wouldn’t even talk to me, and got one of her employees to do it for her. Terrible service, do not come here.

Lately, I have been dissatisfied with Wendy’s. It’s just not the same as it used to be with the food and the service. This Wendy’s was a great game changer. I had the cob salad and my husband had the talker salad. We both had frosties. The salads were fresh and loaded. Usually, there’s nothing there but mine had bacon chicken. Lots of cheese not just filled with lettuce, and my husband loved his taco salad too.
They were very accommodating, made sure that everything was clean and had purpose, Personality, and service. After we were finished, I even went up to her counter and said, now that was a salad that I haven’t had in a long time.Thank you so much.

Dropped my fries on accident after receiving order. Manager gave me a new set of fries. Was having a rough day and that made it better.

The food has consistently been stale during my visits, which are not very frequent. At one point, I considered contacting corporate due to concerns about the food being old and potentially posing a health risk. However, the staff is typically friendly. I would not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone.

I used to go here all the time. Ordered chili and got home it was all chili water, zero meat and beans. Must have been a joke from the teenagers working there. Food is very sacred for me. If they will mess with my food in any way, I’ll never go back.

Walked in with nobody in the store but me and my child. There were 6 or 7 employees and THREE were working. Two were outside, and the rest were standing around. I ordered at the touchscreen and waited for almost 20 min while they all chatted. There was one young lady with a nose ring running the entire store with another tall gentleman and they were doing there best to do drive thru and tend to me. The trash cans were literally overflowing, there were trays filled with trash on two tables since the cans were too full. And all but one table, which we sat at had “muck” on it. Had to fight several flies to get to my food before they did. Totally ridiculous experience. I’ll drive to the other location before ever coming back here again!

They never fail to disappoint. Wanted to try the “new” Wednesday themed meal & it’s freakn Awful! The nuggets have no flavor & the breading isn’t crunchy but soft and quite bland. Their fries are never at a normal temp & so many sifferent sizes like scraping the bottom so to speak. The spicy fruit sauce for dipping was okay but its sad when a sauce is the highlight. The berry swirl frosty was okay & helped to cool the sauce bites.

Consistently wrong food/ size. I clarify before I get to the window on size and food and it is still wrong, and it’s not worth going back because everyone in the drive thru has a bad attitude snatching cards to almost dropping food. On a new occasion how do you forget the sausage…
