I visit this bk daily, as I live right by it and have the app. Day shift is amazing, the girls are so sweet. The manager and the other guy that works drive through occasionally are not friendly. Twice recently each of them served me disgusting food. Came during breakfast and when I called to tell them they served me sausage on a hockey puck instead of a biscuit and he gave me his name and said they’d replace it. TONIGHT. I paid 26$ for food I wouldn’t feed to my dog. Thankfully I noticed my chicken fries were old and they did replace them while I was there after telling me “they were just made” when they were hard and not even warm, but the ones I was remade were actually fresh and too hot to eat. (Which was good) literally they didn’t even tell me they were out of bread for the chicken sandwich. Which didn’t really matter what they put it on cause it was old and hard. I noticed while I was there my onion rings were hard and old but I figured screw it cause they were free on my app. But my entire order I got tonight I wouldn’t serve that, or eat that. Disgusting. They need to realize some of the food they serve goes to children. I’m highly upset and wish to speak to higher up management

1. Whopper is always good to have when you’re on the road trip. Charcoal burger so good!
Chicken sandwich definitely stole the show and it was super good! Juicy and crispy!
2. Service is good and fast considering how busy they were! Much faster and efficient than most BK
3. Used the app to get the deal! 24 dollars for 2 whooper, 2 crispy sandwich and 2 8pc nuggets
4. Clean place and clean bathroom
Minus 1 star because the nuggets are so bad! Not crispy or any meat, more batter than anything else!

Walked inside to use the bathroom before going through the drive thru with my family, and there wasn’t a single worker or manager in sight. I went back outside and saw employees standing around doing nothing while a driver sat at the speaker knocking for help. Then I noticed the manager on duty outside, appearing to smoke weed or something similar. Ever since the old management left this place has completely gone downhill. Definitely wouldn’t recommend getting food from here anymore it’s become a total mess!

The manager Robbie is very rude and unprofessional he needs to learn how to talk to his employees and not let the customers hear what is going on. Just because he is having bad days don’t mean he can just talk to anybody the way he does. I’m a regular in this store and he is the rudest manager I have ever seen.

Friday morning I went there to get a croissant combo. The cashier said they were out of hash browns and could sub in French fries. I said that would do. They didn’t mention that the French fries upgrade was 50 cents more. How come I have to pay extra for you being out of the proper product and offering a substitute and I have to pay more ♂️

This is one of the worse locations I have been to. I almost peed myself trying to get the makeshift latch closed on the bathroom door. It wasn’t very clean. My chicken sandwich was awful. I asked if all the chicken was that much smaller than the bun and they said yes. I started eating anyway and while the edges were okay, the center of the chicken was weird! I actually had to spit it out and I never spit out food. They replaced it with something else but I did not get chicken again. The whopper was okay but not great.
