First time trying this place and it was so so.
Didn’t get greeted right away, not a big deal.
Walking in there, an employee looked to be deck scrubbing going on in the lobby (again not a big deal) with no wet signs.
I did order for a family of 6 so I understand how a mishap can happen. They got 1 of the items I had ordered wrong, which they fixed that problem right away.
Food tasted good not amazing but good.
My biggest problem was the flies. There were so many flies that myself and the family I was with were struggling eating while shooing away flies at the same time.

Honestly I expected more. Chicken was okay, not the best not the worst. Rice was bland – no salt, no flavor. And macaroni salad was very mayonnaisie. It wasn’t bad, but for $15 I would expect better. Portion size is pretty big though, for 1 person 1 meat option more than enough, I got 2 and it was way more than I could eat in one setting.
Also regular chicken tasted a little burnt.
Juice was hood and atmosphere was nice. Good service.
Again, maybe it wasn’t a good day, but that’s my experience.

The teriyaki chicken was not impressive. Was cooked with the skin still on some of it which I found nauseating. And the soy sauce should come with a warning… I’ve never had soy sauce that tasted like it was 95% salt. Put a packet over my pulled pork, brown rice & cabbage and was unable to eat it because of the salt content. 1st time ever eating here and most of my $15 meal was unable to be eaten due to stated issues. The pork egg rolls were amazing though!

Have eaten here before and food was great. This time got a salad with shrimp, most of the lettuce is brown and NOT fresh at all. Very disappointing for a $15 salad, 3 tiny panko shrimp that were cold and salad was far from fresh.

I have been here twice, and I’m obsessed. It’s enough food for two meals for me, if not three. Which makes it worth the almost $20. The Teri sause is a perfect blend of sweet and salty. I dump it on everything. I love the cold mac salad. The katsu is my favorite of the meat, but thier all good. The have cookies but I have not tried those. The spam masubi is okay. It’s not the best I ever had, but it’s not bad. All the people who have helped me have been so nice. The place is clean. This location is a bit of a struggle to get into in the middle of the day. The place next door sips’s line is really long. So be careful coming in. A word of warning it is colder than the north pole in here. I know it’s for the people at the open grill, which I totally understand, but as a customer, at least for me, it’s almost unbearable. Drinks are separate. And when you come in, it’s the same concept as Chipotle or subway. Totally come in and check it out. It’s really good. 10 outta 10.

The food is great. We ordered so that we could try almost all the meat options. The best was the teriyaki steak. Everything was cooked so that it was juicy and flavorful. The sauce is the definite star of the show as it was delicious. It may take a bit of a wait to order but the food was worth it and the portions were sizable.

Food was really really good. I did expect more Katsu chicken for a regular order.
The teriyaki sauce is very concentrated and delicious. Kalua pork is my favorite meat. Sticky rice and macaroni salad are on point.

Consistent and delicious food. I received a lot more pig than I did steak- which is disappointing due to the $2 up charge on steak. Seemed almost double the amount of pig. It is also disappointing that I have never received the katsu sauce except the very first time I had Mo Bettahs. Would be nice if they maybe asked which sauces are wanted if teriyaki is the automatic choice.
