Paid over 60 bucks and paid for pickle ranch. Then some other lady manager took them from my bag claiming they cannot sell t them and then gave me plain ranch although I showed the receipt showing what I paid for she ignored me. The other workers before she got there had great customer service I waited to go for my order and that’s when the other worker had arrived. Customer service went from 8/10 to 3/10.

Given it two tries. Two online orders and neither had a fresh pizza. The cheese (what little there is) was hard and cold by the time I got the pizza and I showed up before the time the order was supposed to be ready. Cheese bread is good but this is supposed to be a pizza place and the pizza is abysmal. I gave them a second shot and wasted my money.

Poor customer service, I ordered over the phone, I was quoted one price over the phone when ordering. It was supposed to be $23.67 and was clearly on the receipt on the pizza box when the order was printed, the older gentleman gave me a price of 34 dollars and change. And when I told him that the price was on the receipt and that was the price that was quoted to me, he could not honor that price. I explained to him this was the price was quoted to me and the price was clearly printed on the receipt on the pizza box. He would rather throw the pizza away then to honor the price that was given to me.
He was rude about it I guess that’s what bothered me the most. Again he would rather throw it away then honor what I was quoted over the phone and what was clearly printed on the receipt. I won’t go there again

They got my online order wrong. I didn’t notice until I got home. I went back to get the correct pizza. They didn’t apologize for the mistake THEY made. They only told me it would be 8 minutes for a new pizza. No customer service at all.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE . ORDER FROM DOMINOES . I ordered a pizza and a 2 Liter root beer. I never got my root beer. I called the store in the general manager Christian or something like that was very rude and it was my fault or the drivers fault . They use door dash . I ordered on 12-23-2025 around 9 pm . His name was Christian and he didn’t even care that I was gonna contact or I was gonna report this. I never got my drink. I paid $25 for a small pizza and it was cold. And the DoorDash driver said some lady tried stealing my pizza from her ????? in my mind I was thinking where did this pizza go before coming to my door? ?

The slowest pizza hut in all of New Mexico. As a door washer, I have never EVER waited less than 20 min for an order at this store. You will get a notification that your order is ready and still wait another 15 min. Not 1 member of this staff has a sense of urgency, they just mess around the entire time they are pretending to make food…..

Spent $35 for a large pizza, 6 wings, and a drink. Pizza was half crust, had almost zero sauce at all, and the amount of toppings for a single slice maybe. The wings were actually cooked decent but the just threw the sauce in a container and the wings on top of it, not the end of the world I guess. But $32 for THAT. You gotta be kidding me. Skip this location unless they hire people who actually give a shit.

Thank you to the Gm I forgot his name but very kind and sweet gentleman I placed an Order And it was delivered through DoorDash to arrive faster from the message I received but I only received one out of 2 of my pizzas and so I text the door dasher no reply sorry so called the store and he immediately apologized and offered to deliver it himself after bringing a fresh one and free breadsticks I truly do appreciate it especially because it’s late at night will order again from here pizza was super fresh and delicious

Last night I ordered a Large Extra Pepperoni, Extra Mushrooms, Extra Cheese. Total mushroom pieces that were tiny on pizza was about 9. 2 slices had zero pepperoni and other pieces had
1-2 pieces. I called immediately spoke to the manager, Manuel and he said I would have a $20 credit on my account, Order was $24. The more I thought about, that’s not good enough for me as I have been a good customer for 10 years. I do + don’t think it’s out of line to ask my credit card company to dispute. There are too many pizza place and other options for food delivery to continue my patronage.. Also not a big deal but it took almost a hour for a pathetic pizza to arrive one hour is fine if it had been right. No $20 credit in my App, which is fine as AMEX will reverse charge.
