One of the cleanest, most organized locations I’ve seen. The food at The Habit can be good, or very disappointing at times. It’s really hit-or-miss. This particular one had some serious oomph to it. The double char tasted so fresh, and was cooked to perfection, I e., good char yet still juicy, cheese fully melted, toasted bun, the right amount of mayo, and extra grilled onions and pickles as requested. It made me fall in love with eating a properly made burger all over again. Highly recommend this location in Westminster, CA. There’s something here that embodies the original vision of its founders. Will be back!

The staff let us stand at the register for 10 minutes and said they couldn’t help us because they were too busy!!
The kiosk was confusing and in Spanish with clear directions how to get back to English.
Ask the staff for help and was told they were busy!
The staff member was standing there looking a receipt’s.
Would have taken less than 1 minute to input a combo meal in the system!
Definitely need better training on customer service!
