Heather is awesome!!! There was a problem with my delivery on door dash’s end, not Pizza Hut. Heather stayed on the phone with me until it was resolved. Going above and beyond the scope of her duties to ensure that I was taken care of! Customer service at its finest in my opinion. Also the pizza and bread sticks were amazing.

Usually I don’t leave reviews but I had to on this one. I ordered a brisket stuffed crust pizza w/ bacon which was a 3 dollar upcharge and 16 honey bbq boneless wings as well as a personal pan pizza for my 5yo(this was correct). On my brisket pizza I spent extra for bacon topping and received absolutely zero bacon on the entire pizza. The honey bbq 16 pc boneless wasn’t just boneless, it was sauceless.

It’s been a long time since I ordered from Pizza Hut. In town for work and didn’t feel like eating out, so I ordered a medium thin and crispy with pepperoni cups, Italian sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms. Really good! The pizza was ready on time and the service was perfect. I got back to the hotel, kicked back to watch Batman and enjoy a fresh hot pizza. Thanks Pizza Hut! Well done!

We got two medium pizzas. One was meat lovers and the other was supreme. They were dry and overcooked. I didn’t see one single mushroom on the supreme Pizza. We ordered from Pizza Hut because the last time we ordered pizza from Little Caesars we were really disappointed. Well we were even more disappointed with this order. Pizza Hut used to be the bomb. Especially when you spent $25. This was the first time we had gotten pizza from Pizza Hut in a couple of years. More than likely it’ll be a lot more years before we ever order from them again.

Ordered some food yesterday Large pizza and boneless wings. after an hour and a half no food so i called. and called. and called. and after 37 minutes we got in touch they had no idea where my food went so they will make more and give me a 20 credit to my account. i tried today to use that credit and the call center they use said no we cannot do this for you and transferred me to the store. after 18 minutes i finally got in and tried to explain, only to be given attitude and interrupted by the employee on the phone and told directly ” she didnt have time to address me or what i was trying to do/use (which was my credit) she informed me they had people not show up to work and there is people inside the building so she will Not be taking my order at this time or bothering with the credit. i was told to “call back later”.. Customer Service doesnt really exist here.. if your hungry and busy as i was today i dont suggest wasting your time trying to get anything here as it will only be met with attitude.

My wife and I came into this pizza hut on our way to Chattanooga for a bite to eat being we don’t have a pizza hut back home and I must say this was one of the best overall restaurant experiences Ive had in a very long time. Stephanie was extremely welcoming and so kind. The food was fresh and delicious and the store was pleasantly clean especially the bathrooms. I will definitely be coming back to the pizza hut again!

Went to athens to get pizza and have a different scene . Got told no dine in and we didnt get what we ordered on the pizza we paid for. I didnt go back in or fight over it because the guys that were there were leaving so Noone cared anyway . Whatever just another day in Athens TN.

We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had this past Friday at the Pizza Hut in Athens, TN! It had been forever since my wife and I had enjoyed one of our favorite meals, a Large Meat Lovers Original Pan Pizza and some Ice Cold Pepsi’s. Every staff member greeted us as we entered; our waitress was awesome; our Pizza was perfectly crafted, prepared and tasted amazing; the Pepsi’s were the refreshing… it was better than what we had hoped for and got our weekend kicked off in the best way possible. We were so happy (and full) when we left there. Thank you SO much Athens Pizza Hut! We will be back.

We stopped in here on a Friday evening in October. There was two or three other tables of people eating when we arrived. As we got seated we overheard another table complaining about some things but couldn’t tell excalty what the issue was. The waitress who seated us took our drink order as we looked over the menu’s. However it took a bit to get the drinks, even another waitress came by to get a drink order during that time. It didn’t seem like they had very many working and between people coming to pick up orders and the table service it was kinda hectic for them. We ordered our pizza and bread sticks, to which again it took a bit for it to get brought out. During our time there were also people complaining who had came in to get orders as well. The food however was great, no complaints about the food whatsoever. We did however not get a refill on drinks, until flight as we were leaving and got to go cups. I understand completely if they are short handed, makes good sense, and since I don’t know the situation I will not knock them on that. I will just say it wasn’t a top notch experience by any means! But might be willing to give another chance when traveling through just to see what difference’s there might be.
