This is a Saturday only location. They set up out in front of a farm on Buckwalter Road. I’ve been here a couple times now and he makes very good barbecue. The choices are pretty much limited to a brisket sandwich meal or a pulled pork sandwich meal or you can get just the sandwich of either one. I’ve tried both, the brisket is more a chopped brisket not slices, both had a very nice smoke flavor, not overdone and not bitter, just a pleasant sweet smoke flavor. Hopefully if it becomes a busy location, then maybe he would have a reason to expand the menu a little bit With some sides like baked beans or macaroni and cheese, maybe some salads like potato, macaroni or coleslaw. Hopefully the community supports this place and gives them a reason to expand.
