I just ordered from drive thru and tried to eat my food in parking lot but couldn’t even eat my food roast beef was so dry and tasted off and fries was cold and tasted old waste of money forsure. Not even worth trying to have them remake it. Lady said sorry they only had 2 people there working. But only one other customer there for a pick up. Hope there food was better

Clean store with friendly cashier. Good was good including new fish sandwich. The Mac and cheese bites were average as well.

I ordered a cup of cheddar and the cashier charged me for 2. When I pointed it out she kinda argued with me saying I told her 2… then I get my food, and the cup of cheddar should be called a drop of cheddar. It wasn’t even ¼ full, And had the audacity to cost .75. Rather Shrinkflation or employee error both are unacceptable. my drink had no syrup, And All my food was cold. I hadn’t been here in a while and after this I wont be back.

Good service, no complaints with that! My daughter and I have always loved their Reuben, and I’ll confess its been a while since we’ve gotten one. They’ve changed the whole sandwich. The meat was tasteless, the bread was just marbled white bread, not rye bread. And the sauerkraut was nearly tasteless also.

Arby’s has brought back its Chicken Cheddar Ranch Sandwich for a limited time and seeing it on the drive thru menu board while out-and-about running some errands yesterday, I jumped on it going for a combo meal. It’s a fan favorite and I’m one of those fans!
Here’s the description from the Arby’s website: Fried chicken tenders with cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, and parmesan peppercorn ranch sauce on a toasted sesame seed bun.
The wonderful marriage of flavors in this sandwich is why I’m such a fan. The chicken tenders, fried to perfection were super crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. That crispy breading is complimented nicely by the cheddar cheese and you get the freshness from the crisp lettuce and juicy red tomato. But what puts this sandwich over the top is that Parmesan peppercorn sauce, delivering a creamy, zesty, tangy flavor making this sandwich truly mouthwatering. It’s a fantastic combination of flavors and textures all wrapped up in that soft sesame seed bun.

We ordered an Ultimate BLT on Monday 6/30 and realized after our 12 mins drive home they gave us some Philly cheesesteak looking sandwich. Also no napkins or straws were put into the bag. Not sure how we got a completely different sandwich but they need to pay better attention

I’m a big fan of Arby’s, and overall, this location was solid—but a few things stood out. The food and drinks were just as good as I’ve come to expect, no complaints there. However, the drive-through experience left a bit to be desired. The person taking orders was extremely quiet, which made it hard to hear anything through the speaker, and the line moved slower than usual for an Arby’s. The layout was also a bit confusing; the drive-through and entrance signs look almost identical, so it took me a second to figure out where I was supposed to go. Despite those hiccups, it’s still a decent Arby’s, just not the smoothest visit I’ve had.
