The young lady running the drive through speaker today is very rude and unprofessional. When asked a question about items that are included on a sandwich on the menu, she responded in a VERY rude, short, and condescending way, and would not even fully answer our question. (Asking what the sauce on it was & we got “burgerrr sauce” in a tone suggesting we are stupid). We would have , politely, addressed this at the window, but she had someone else serve us at the actual window.
We frequent here, a lot. We have never once received bad customer service till today. Absolutely unacceptable. There was so reason to be so unkind & unprofessional.

I find this one interesting pulled into the drive thru about 1040pm one car in front of me and after about 5 minutes I got thinking is she taking forever or what. NOPE employees must have decided they were going home early today cause not one person greeted her as if they were trying to wait her out or something. Terrible business good thing tacobell hires people who want to work.

I just came through and ordered the six piece buffalo boneless wings and think of fries and I went to get a fresh fry out of the bag and it was already cold when they handed it to me. Got home and the wings were cold too. So old and cold is what you will get at random times from this Arby’s.
