The employees were very friendly and efficient when taking my order. I had a 3 piece chicken strip box with fries. The chicken strips were hot, crispy and cooked perfectly. The fries were cooked perfectly to. It came with a sundae and drink all for $7.00. Love this location cause theyare always friendly and they make sure you’re orders correct.

Ordered chicken strips with the large order of fries and the pretzels. The chicken strips were ok but the fries were the worst ever. I received about 15 fries which looked like a mini order and they were barely cooked. Extremely soggy and tasteless. The pretzels tasted like cardboard. You can get better pretzels at a gas station where they sit for days under a heat lamp. On a good note the blizzard was superb.

Ordered two shakes. The hot fudge shake was the consistency of MILK. Either their ice cream machine isn’t freezing properly or they aren’t following the correct instructions to make their shakes. We were told by the dismissive, young crew member that the consistency of the hot fudge shake was normal becaue the “hot fudge melts the ice cream.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! I have had dozens of hot fudge shakes from DQ and NOT ONE has ever been the consistency of milk. My husband ordered a vanilla shake. He said- “you shouldn’t be able to slurp a shake down a straw like your drinking milk”…..my point exactly. BOTH SHAKES RUNNY LIKE MILK. DISGUSTING. Not the high quality product we are used to receiving from DQ. Crew members need customer service training. OH, and we orderd a vanilla blizzard with cookie dough. They added “chocolate swirls” and then said that’s how we always make it. AGAIN, WE HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE. We have never gotten a vanilla blizzard with cookie dough that had chocolate swirls- especially when we specified vanilla blizzard and cookie dough only!!! Historically, when the buisness messes up the order- like they did the blizzard- they make it right. Not here, they tell you “this is how we always make it.” I guess they don’t like customers customizing their orders- CRAZY. It’s like the rude, dismissive crew member thought this was our first time ever visiting a DQ. DQ is known for its high quality ice cream products and good customer service. NOT THIS DQ. This was very disappointing. We can make better tasting shakes at home- that aren’t the consistency of milk- for 1/10th the cost!! THIS DQ RESTRAUNTS QUALITY AND SERVICE WAS SUBPAR.

We stopped in for a quick dinner with my girlfriend. She ordered the chicken strips and fries. She asked for the white gravy to dip the strips in. I ordered the chili dog combo, substituting the fries for cheese curds.
Unfortunately, both of our meals came out with issues, either wrong or incomplete. The chicken strips were more chicken chunks and with some of them having a dipping sauce splashed on a few and with no gravy. My chili dog combo came out with a cold hot dog and the cheese wasn’t melted. It was also missing cheese curds.
I inquired about the gravy and curds. The counter person ordered the missing curds but told us the gravy had run out.
The food tasted lack luster at best. The chili tasted like it was burnt. The chicken was very dry and the weird dipping sauce spilled on it was super sweet.
We both go to DQ and usually like it. This time it wasn’t very good.

Have always been a fan of the ice cream growing up, and the food is usually pretty good. But the last few years the prices are just way overpriced, and then on top of the prices they don’t offer even close to the amount of discounts or the value that other fast food chains do. The food carrier bag they gave me ripped in the parking lot, and they asked me to pay for the replacement food.

I’m sorry, but $8.19 for the popcorn shrimp basket is ridiculous. This is just so sad; the portion sizing of this is so small. Usually, the portions are pretty well sized. I’m not sure if this is usually how much it usually comes with, but never again. The fries were horrible; it’s like they were sitting for a little while before served to me. Not to mention there be no salt on the fries.I had a wonderful experience with the blonde lady running the drive through! She was apologetic for the wait.

Drinks are puke Sodas are literally the worst we have ever tasted or received from a restaurant in our lives. A regular Pepsi tastes like an extremely watered down diet soda. In fact, it doesn’t even taste like soda. It tastes like water with a drop of soda flavoring. That’s just cheapskate nonsense and they have their syrup turned all the way down.
I worked in fast food as a kid and their drinks taste EXACTLY like drinks do when the syrup runs out and only water with a drop of soda is coming out of the fountain. Pepsi is disgusting in general but to not at least put the correct about of syrup in the drink makes it impossible to drink. We literally have to throw ours away every single time. Come on Dairy Queen, get your fountain drinks in order and stop being cheap and gross.

It is shameful they have to have a sign on the drive-thru window reminding people to be respectful to the younger generation that might be working their first job.
Shame on those who created the need for that sign.
