I had a really great experience at this steakhouse in Miramar. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt inviting and comfortable, with a warm vibe that made it perfect for a relaxed meal. The service stood out right away. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure guests were taken care of. They checked on us often without being intrusive and explained the menu with patience and a good attitude, which made everything feel easy and pleasant.
The food was excellent. The meat was flavorful, tender, and cooked exactly the way we asked for it. Each cut was juicy and well seasoned, and you could tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. The sides were also delicious and came out fresh and hot. Everything worked together really well and made the whole dinner feel satisfying from beginning to end.
The drinks were another highlight. They were well made, balanced, and tasted just right without being too sweet or too strong. Considering this is a steakhouse, the prices were very reasonable. You definitely get great value for the quality of food and service you receive.
This is the kind of place I would gladly return to. The combination of good food, great service, and fair prices makes it an easy choice for anyone looking for a really enjoyable meal in Miramar.

Unfortunately, this was not a great experience for our family. We came here to celebrate with relatives visiting from out of town and had a party of 12. The night started off rough with the wait. We ended up waiting close to two hours, and during that time there wasn’t much communication or accommodation from the staff.
What made it more frustrating was seeing smaller parties continuously seated ahead of us while we kept waiting. When we finally spoke to the manager, he explained that our party was too large and it would take longer, but it would have been helpful to know that earlier. Eventually we were asked if we could split the party, which we agreed to because by that point everyone was very hungry.
Once seated, the service unfortunately didn’t improve much. Our waitress seemed irritated, and the overall attitude made the experience feel uncomfortable, especially since we were there celebrating someone’s birthday.
Food-wise, there were some highlights. The shrimp, octopus, and cheese bread were excellent and definitely the standout dishes of the night. However, the steaks were disappointing — dry and not what I expected from a place with a more upscale feel and higher prices.
Overall, the service and management really affected what should have been a fun family celebration. Because of that experience, I don’t see myself coming back. If you do visit, the seafood dishes seemed to be the safest bet.

What truly made our experience special was Rosy, our server. She took such great care of us and was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal. She made us feel so well taken care of. I went with my family to celebrate my parent’s 46th wedding anniversary. I arrived earlier than anybody else and the hostess lead me to our server Brenda who provided our party of 7 with a 5 start service. Very attentarive, polite and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our visit. I will strongly recommend this restaurant. Very happy with the experience.

My husband and I are visiting from DC and after talking to the locals, El Churrascaso came very highly recommended. We’re so incredibly glad we listened because this was quite possibly one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We ordered the Parrilla Mixta, and everything on our board was so well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Our server, Brenda suggested the Greek kale salad and the yuca frita, which were soooooooo delicious. The food was fantastic, but the service was even better. Brenda made excellent recommendations, she was attentive, and her kindness shined through. Needless to say, we will absolutely be coming back the next time we’re in the Miami area.
