Went through the drive thru today with my son. The person at the window barely paid attention to me because she was too caught up in chitchat with her co workers. She didn’t even say “thank you” or “have a good day”… She just turned her back to me if it didn’t involve taking my money. She wears glasses and has long black hair. This place is already a hit or miss. You have to TRICK them into getting your order right. Having horrible customer service is just the icing on the cake.

I usually get really great service here but tonight left me never wanting to come to this location ever again. The young girl with braids and piercings was extremely rude at the drive thru. Her demeanor was that of arrogance, unprofessionalism and quite frankly nasty! When I asked for her name she and the young man with dreads said they didn’t know, which even further solidified the terrible service! There wasn’t a grown up in sight just a bunch of young kids working, being rude, loud and reeking of cigarette smoke. I understand it’s the holidays and the adults want to spend it with their families but one adult should be working! Like a real adult not a pre-adolescent with a bad attitude. It’s 6pm on thanksgiving eve and to be met with such poor service is truly unfortunate! Please train these children better, they lack decorum and professionalism.

Usually very good fresh food during the day. Today I had an issue that was later taken care of after I got off work. I was on lunch and ordered some food here and asked for no onions that I’m allergic to them and got back to work to wolf down my food only to find onion on my sandwich and the Fry’s were old. I didn’t have time to come back right away and had to wait. I got here to talk to management and the lobby doors were locked not sure if they were short handed but the young lady with the pink hair helped me and remade my food.

This Burger King is so hit or miss. They are always serving old burgers and chicken patties. So nasty. Tired of getting refunds from this place. One of the closest restaurants to my house. Yet I avoid it like the plague. Also the employees are very weird and don’t wear gloves. Also sometimes they close an hour early. Don’t have time for this wishy washy establishment.

Girl with the cheekbone piercing needs to go get some therapy. I ordered a Dr Pepper and she gave me a whole whopper meal it took two employees and a manager to fix her $3 mistake. Get a grip, stop cussing at customers, get yourself some anger management courses and a toothbrush.

Ordered a whopper meal. I wish i had my phone to submit pictures of the absolute disaster whopper served to me. It was nothing shy of a gooey soggy mess. When I lifted the burger up to eat it, the burger started to slide out from the bun and the dressing dripped all over my shirt and car seat. It wasn’t even edible, unfortunately I was in a hurry and in my car driving. The fries were warm and not salted enough. I just don’t understand how someone could prepare that mess and pass it off to a customer. I have no plans to go to another burger king in the near future.

Did an online order, and everything was messed up. when i called to get a refund, the manager had 0 custoner service skills over the phone saying how do you expect me to do a refund over the phone instead of letting me know that doing it over the phone was not doable. It was a good thing i looked at the burger before biting into it because i have 0 spice tolerance, and this burger had jalapenos on it. This was supposed to be my pre work meal so i had the energy for my shift, and instead I had to work on a nearly empty stomach. i will now avoid this location like the plague.
