Horrible! Tortillas are so soggy I can’t even lift the taco to eat it (see video)! Carne asada meat tasted old and had a funny after taste. I’ve been here before and I’ve had 2 other items but these tacos are gross! I can’t even finish eating them! The meat tasted like it’s been sitting in a pit all day soaking in whatever broth they use for too long. There is also a funny smell to the meat. It’s as if the carne asada was spoiled. To top it off I asked an employee who looked like a manager cause she had a black blazer coat on if that’s how the tortillas are supposed to be? She said “no” and offered me more tortillas instead of new fresh tacos! Weirdo! I had the churros with this order and the churros seem like they are soaked in oil and way too much sugar! Don’t get any dipping sauce for the churros because the amount of sugar they put on the churros alone are way way way too much! Thank goodness the meal was comped with my points cause I would have asked for a refund. I ordered double meat for these tacos for some protein but what’s the use if the meat is spoiled and tortillas are soggy and breaking Last time here for me! I’ve given them enough tries and it’s just not worth it!

Im a frequent visitor of this casino and I always visit the George Lopez restaurant the food is always good and service is fast. But this weekend I ordered a chicken burrito and got 2 pieces of hard skin with bones. I wasn’t going to say anything but the manage came by and asked how was everything, I asked if this was normal? She laughed at me and said that it was skin. I tried to show her it was extremely hard and seemed like bone. Instead of apologizing she walked away from me and ran to tell her coworkers. They all began to laugh and stare at us. She didn’t have to laugh and make me feel like and idiot, very disappointed in her customer service.

Never been here before. Churros were absolutely abysmal. Hard and flavorless. Took one bite and threw them away. Burrito was so greasy, I went through 20 napkins and the chicken just had no flavor. The burrito was a decent size and salsa was ok however. Won’t be coming back to this place anytime soon.
Edit: Raised my review up from a 1 star. Management seemed to listen. Have tried a few more times now and i haven’t gotten a greasy burrito again and the food has tasted much better. Taquitos need some work (chewy and not crispy) but im glad to see the food improve from my first visit.

This place, the quality of the food is horrible. Everything is steel cold. the worst food it used to be very good not anymore. I ordered potato Tacos I don’t know if they put glue on it, but it is impossible to open the tacos.

Tortillas are made fresh in house and they taste great! You must try the corn on the cob with all the trimmings!
There’s a large dining and bar area. The staff are very fast, courteous and patient with first timers.
The restaurant is located in the far back side of the casino on the second floor so prepare for a long walk but it’s worth it!

Location: Good, Parking:Better, Service:Good, Food for Price: Good, Overall: Top points for making the tortillas on site. The location does not serve regular coffee. They do give you a decent amount of side extras. Xtra Guacamole is $2 xtra. I would come back again…

This place is so yummy! We have come here twice already (we have only been to this casino twice). Their tortillas are fresh and made in front of you. The menudo is very yummy, I only hoped I was able to put more hominy. We enjoyed how fresh their food taste and that it is made to order. You do have to wait in line for at least 30 minutes or more but if you don’t want to wait they take orders over the phone. The first time we came here, they seemed understaffed. But the second time around, they had at least 6 people helping out with the line and registers. The worker outside helping customers with cleaning up their finished meals is so helpful. Greg walks around clean up the tables while checking on other customers to see if they need anything else with their meals such as to-go supplies, taking our finished plates and keeping the area very tidy. The manager and supervisors seems great and really helps their staff with helping the line move faster. The staff (second time around- 10/19/19 qt 3:30 PM) that made our food seemed friendlier and happier. We look forward to coming back here.
