This McDonald’s looks pretty inviting from the outside — kind of a cozy “lodge-style” vibe, tucked into the same building as a gas station.
Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite live up to the looks. The place didn’t feel very clean, and the Americano I ordered was nowhere near hot enough. I went up to mention it, but the staff didn’t seem too eager to replace it with a fresh one.
The kids ordered McFlurries with Non Stop, it was the most disappointing McDonald’s stop on our trip — tiny portions of ice cream and barely any candy mixed in.
Maybe we just caught them on an off day… but based on this visit, it wasn’t their finest hour.

They served me a two McChicken that we’re more then an hour old. You may ask how I know that and I know that because I used to work in a McDonald’s and I recognize a hour plus old McChicken when I see it and when you bite into one it is hard still and rigid and dry as cardboard. Then when they said they would refund my order after I returned with the receipt they only refunded the McChickens these guys suck

Asked for no sauce, ended up with like 2x the amount of sauce it normally has. Asked them to remake it and they made me the wrong sandwich. Then wanted my receipt after never giving me one. Wait times are ALWAYS long. Don’t go here unless desperate.

Quality of McDonald’s food has dropped so very much in the past couple of years. I used to go there a lot, not anymore. I think it affe to the attitudes of people working there. There’s just not much to be proud of.

It’s rare that I come across a McDonalds where the employees actually care, but they do here. I love that they have gone the extra step and have a shelf with books and coloring materials for kids. I came here on a Saturday evening and I expected the place to be a mess, but it was actually clean and everything was in stock.

Sometimes It’s the little things in life… like these large lids that make me smile. This is the first time I’ve seen these lids for large drinks. We definitely don’t have them at Oklahoma locations. Save the straw!

I ordered 3 mcdoubles, 1 regular and 2 with no pickle and onions. The first one was so greasy it was inedible, the second wasn’t greasy, but the burgers were hockey pucks. It took the 5 kids standing around touching eachothers uniforms and talking, about 7 to 10 minutes to serve these horrible burgers. Im unsure if this was done intentionally to me or not, but it feels that way after how bad of a product I was served. Im not normally one to complain but this was ridiculous.

Apparently they don’t know the difference between the breakfast steak and sausage. They know enough to charge me 6.99 for basically a sausage and egg biscuit though. Thanks….
