The food was so good! I got the p10 with brisket and added the shrimp. It was so good but there was so much more noodles than meat so I didn’t enjoy that. I definitely recommend adjusting so that the meat is proportionate to the noodles. Overall it was so good I enjoyed it and loved the music they were playing even though I had no idea what they were saying.

A Hidden Gem for Vietnamese Flavors!
I recently visited this quick-service Vietnamese spot, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations! The pho was rich, aromatic, and packed with flavor. They provided all the traditional condiments—fresh herbs, lime, bean sprouts, and sauces—so every bite could be customized to perfection.
The real showstopper, though, was the bánh mì with BBQ pork. It was bursting with bold, savory flavors, complemented by crisp, fresh vegetables and served on freshly baked bread that had the perfect crunch. Every element tasted incredibly fresh and well-balanced.
Service was fast and friendly, making it an ideal choice for a quick yet satisfying meal. If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese comfort food with vibrant flavors, this place is a must-try!

We ordered the pork spring rolls, pho tai (rare beef), and mi xao. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table! The food was delicious! The restaurant was very clean and spacious inside. Highly recommend for your Pho fix!

A below average Viet Cuisine restaurant. Food is not surprising. Normal service and atmosphere.

Best pho I’ve ever had. This place feels family-run. You can see three generations of women working the counter and kitchen.
I come here atleast three times a week. This is the only place I have been to that serves their brisket medium-rare and you can watch it brown in your broth. I add extra brisket plus a pork eggroll all for $20.51.
I eat here to gain essential nutrients while living a simple life on a budget. They never miss. Fight me if you disagree (not really Im a runner)

The food was… just not very good. Maybe it’s rated so well since there aren’t many options in Columbia, I don’t know. Or maybe this is some weird Hue village style I’ve never tried before. The Bun was spicy and sour and overall unappetizing. Then I tried the Pho Dac Viet and it had undertones of the same flavors… Not rich and delicious like I expect Pho to be. Silver lining though – The pickled veggies were nice and homemade. Also note, no changing tables and restrooms not all that clean. The place was busy so they have plenty of customers – don’t think we will be back.

Overall, the food is fantastic—we find ourselves coming back again and again. The location feels a little unusual since it’s clearly a converted fast-food spot, but they’ve made it work. Honestly, this is the best pho you’ll find within a two-hour drive, unless you head to St. Louis or Kansas City.

This Bun Bo Hue is good, packed with spices and flavor in every bite. The portion size is also relatively good, with a good amount of toppings.
