What happened? Last service was better! Any time you order extra food (half protein), you have to be present, other wise, they’ll do this for $29. This is just regular portioning.

I went to Chipotle on January 12th in the evening time to grab a quick bite to eat before work and it will be my final time patronizing that establishment due to poor customer service by two employees working there. The place wasn’t busy and I was the only one in line. Neither of the employees ( college aged girls with blonde hair ) acknowledged my presence. No hello or no we will be right with you. One was cleaning the counter while the other blonde heffer was standing there talking. Suddenly a nice young lady who was sweeping the floor came over and waited on me. She was very professional and sweet. I was about to go off on the biopsie blonde twins but I held back because there was no sense in getting my blood pressure up over it. I will be contacting corporate.

Service is always great here. The staff are kind and welcoming, which makes the experience pleasant from the start.
The food, however, is hit or miss. At times it matches the quality you’d expect from Chipotle and is genuinely enjoyable. Other times the flavors fall flat, and it can be disappointing enough that you don’t want to finish the meal. The biggest issue is consistency, especially with the chicken and steak.
On the positive side, the atmosphere is nice. The dining area has been clean every time I’ve visited, even during the busiest hours.
Overall, I’d give this spot a 3 out of 5. The service and atmosphere are reliable, but the food quality needs more consistency to make it a place I’d recommend without hesitation.

This location is situated in the mall and has entrances from the mall and the street. I had a veggie rice bowl. The person preparing my bowl was really stingy with everything (I had to keep asking for more veggies, salsa, etc), the person who prepared the second meal in my group was great and really fast and gave normal Chipotle portions. The food was cooked well, the drawback was inconsistent service. There is plenty of seating, the store was clean, parking was a little hard to find but that is likely very typical in a college town.

Deplorable! Burrito fell apart, most of the filling was cold like out of the fridge cold! Ordered at lunch time and there was no veggies to add. Price was $13 for just a burrito. This place sucks so bad. Taco Bell could do a better job. I only chose this location as my intended restaurant was not open. 2nd visit to a Chipotle and worse than my 1st visit. Save your money! Not worth it!!!

Half of the ingredients I ordered werent there. no lettuce , no sour cream, wrong kind of beans, no Fajita Veggies, no Cheese, or the Queso Blanco that I paid extra for. They gave me half a refund after I contacted them. But what’s the point it went in the trash what am I going to do with a barely full bowl of rice and specs of meat with some sauce. If u order from here make sure u order in person I ordered online and it ruined my dinner after work.
