Placed a mobile order and then arrived. Went to use the restroom marked as available (and unlocked) only to find an employee pants-down who couldn’t be bothered to have locked the door. If your employees can’t manage a door lock, I wouldn’t trust that they’re managing to wash their hands before handling your food.

A well executed instance of the brand. Friendly staff and enjoyable “Mexican” fare. Clean bathrooms. It’s a small place; but made to feel lonely by COVID ensuring I was the only customer in the dining room. Still, it’s a welcome refuge from the heat and bad air outside. Recommend.

Good Lord, high probability the slowest “fast food” place in the whole USA. First time I visited only one other patron and it took over 40 minutes to get our food making us late to our next destination. I had placed the order for a scheduled pickup as I had a 20 minute drive prior to arrival. So it took them well over one HOUR to make the food. Crazy. The kitchen was fully staffed so unsure what the deal is. I wrote taco bell corporate and never heard back.
Came a second time today and it was busy. At least 10 customers got their order before mine. Not sure how they operate the kitchen but not coming back to this one again. Just obnoxious. Over 25 minutes to get food.
I can probably find a cow, make cheese, and cut grain.to make a tortilla.in less time. Save yourself.the hassle and choose another location.

We go to this taco bell about once a week and are always pleased with the service, quality of food, and cleanliness of the restaurant. It’s no secret that taco bells service and quality varies greatly depending on which one you go to, but we are never disappointed. Even though I know these staff do not know us from the next guy in line. They always do a great job in recognizing us as valued customers and ensure our food order is correct and fresh. We will continue to come to this taco bell!

Just got some soft tacos from here. The service was fine but the tacos were drenched. I don’t even understand how or why it happened. I’ve never had a wet taco at any of the Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. This was just gross.
