Absolutely loved the supreme pizza, full of flavor and perfectly cooked! The wings were super tasty, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pepperoni pizza. Ordering was simple, delivery came quickly, and they stay open later than most spots. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

I placed an order at Marco’s on September 26, 2025 for an XL pizza with double sauce (receipt shows this). When I got home, the pizza clearly did not have extra sauce. I called the store and spoke to an employee (JP) who refused to help, and the manager (Ace) only offered a $2 credit. That was insulting and did not address the mistake.
As a loyal repeat customer, I know what I should receive when I order. I was extremely inconvenienced, especially since I’m recovering from a serious accident and cannot easily return to the store. Offering $2 for their error was unacceptable.
This shows very poor customer service and judgment by management. I expect Marco’s corporate to step in and address this. Customers should not be dismissed when an order is wrong.

Supreme pizza was great! Wings were deelish!! Kids loved the pepperoni pizza! Fast delivery, easy ordering and open later than most other places. Would definitely order again!

Ordered pizzas at 4:41 by 5:04 received email order was delivered even though confirmation said delivery time 5:25. No food at my door called the place to confirm delivery the person said the delivery driver marked order as delivered already but give him 10-15 minutes for him to actually deliver order. Waited 20 minutes still no food waiting another 15 still no food. Called again and was transferred to a manager. She said order was delivered already but I told her I still no food. She asked for the name on the order she said she couldn’t pull up my order. So I asked for a refund she still couldn’t find my order to issue refund which is funny because she told me she saw it was delivered already. I was told to go on the app and request refund in which there was no place on the app to do that. 15 minutes later another delivery driver came and delivered food but told me they said I had to pay in which I paid at the time of placing my order. He called the store to confirm I paid and again they couldn’t find the order. Showed him my receipt. This location lacks communication between driver customers and staff. They need to do better!

Second time here, first time… everything was not good. They were closing in the next half hour so will give a pass. Even though I asked “will you cook my pizza right because your closing soon” They said yes. Next time. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes and drove to the store only to have them say ” oh we turned them off.” However the food was good this last time. Despite having to wait.

This was my first and last time visiting the Buffington Rd location. My order was supposed to be ready by 4:32 since they messed up one of my pizzas, it was 5:00 when I got my order. As I was waiting, the cashier was on her cellphone talking and playing games. It was only one person in the kitchen with gloves on. One of the kitchen managers was interviewing someone, and once he finished, he went to the kitchen making pizzas. He didn’t wash his hands. Another manager came in to make his own pizza, and he didn’t wash his hands either. They gave me the messed-up pizza for free. Gee, thanks. Needles to say I was disappointed and will not go back.

This Marcos has lost my patronage for good. The last several order I’ve requested square cut. Each time the cut has been triangle. The offer is made to remake the pizza, however the pizza is butchered because the staff is too lazy to do what’s right in providing customer service.

We called for delivery. The wait time was less than 30min even during bad weather. The food was hot and delicious. The delivery person was very kind. We always order with this location and will continue to do so.

Pizza was very cheesy & delicious, but after having it for 3 days straight i got tired of it but thats not their fault. Loved how the pepperonis were crunchy! Do recommend, although the place could have better lighting or a good cleaning because its too dark in there
