First time here and I had a ball the people were dope the Dj played all the right songs! I didn’t hear anything repeated the drinks were nice. The scenery is to die for you have an open view of the harbor which I loved would definitely go again!

Ever since this club came under new management, my experience has gone from great to extremely disappointing. In my opinion, the manager, Brittany, has brought a negative, stressful, and unwelcoming energy to the entire place.
The atmosphere that used to make this club enjoyable is gone. If you’re not a celebrity or someone with status, it honestly feels like you’re being looked down on. From what I’ve personally seen, the club now seems to prioritize well-known names only — a huge shift from how things were before Brittany took over.
The dress code situation is frustrating and inconsistent. They tell you one thing at the door, then once inside, you see people wearing the exact same items you were told were “against dress code.” It feels selective, unfair, and completely unprofessional.
I’ve also seen people turned away with the excuse that the club is “at capacity,” even when the place didn’t look anywhere near full. From my experiences, this seems to happen based on appearance or status, not actual capacity.
What stands out the most, though, is Brittany’s attitude. In my personal experience, she has a consistently rude, dismissive, and mean-spirited way of talking to people. She comes across as irritated, impatient, and downright disrespectful — and we’re not the only ones who feel this way. We’ve heard the same from multiple guests.
And honestly, as the manager, she really needs to be careful with how she speaks to people. You never know who someone is, what they do, or who they work for. Treating people poorly is not only unprofessional — it can create serious problems for the business. Showing basic respect shouldn’t be optional in her role.
Overall, I’m sharing what I’ve personally experienced at this club — possibly including Diablos — ever since the management changed and Brittany stepped in as manager. The change has been hard to ignore.

I came here for my cousins surprise birthday party there were about 25 of us who came in from different parts of the world me I drove down from NY. I’d like to commend Lydia on being attentive and understanding customer service. She knows hospitality and I appreciate her looking out for us! Couldn’t rate the food because we didn’t eat. Just ordered 6 bottles!

FIRE THE DJ NOWWW!!! Omg the worst experience last night. He played all songs from the 70s. Everybody in the club was complaining and falling asleep. I’ll NEVER go back here. The dj sucks

Felt lounge is really going downhill. It used to be a nice upscale lounge for the adult mature crowd. Now the DJ is horrible catering to the younger generation. You have to go early to avoid being there with a younger rower population. The bartenders are still phenomenal, which is why I give a two. But they definitely get points deducted because of the music and vibe forget about the dress code. You can see anything walking in the door we showed up to celebrate a graduation and there with those that look like they were coming from a strip club. I think the establishment is struggling financially and will let anything in the door. We will not be returning. In search of a new mature lounge.

I wish I could do 2 reviews 1 with 4 stars when I came to Felt many time over the past 2 yr and then last night. Felt is falling below the standard it was. There was harding anyone in the lounge and the door attendees where holding the line we stood in line for almost and hour before just deciding to leave. They big guy at the door ( who let a couple ppl he knew in) was allowing ppl in who fell well below the Dress code. Men with jeans and motorcycle boots, and t-shirt, the seemingly Hispanic women let in several friends (one of them in an outfit that looked like sleepwear extremely short & tight short set). The standard of sophistica-casual or dress to impress is not there anymore. I can see why they hard a huge fight there because ppl who take time to put on nice clothing are not in the mindset to get down and dirty fighting. Also I get not having a huge crowd but since security has step up for the casino Felt should focus on their Image and by the looks of the young woman at the door they don’t have anyone who know what that should look like. Therefore they should just set “Dress code standards”. Their can be celebrity exclusions, but not just because you buy a table. Why because celebrities have ish to lose.
Come on Felt I am rooting for you. Increase the crowd size, keep the good music, focus on 35 and up (mature bit fun crowd), and keep those standard (except for sneakers they can be classied up).

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. They CHARGED $100.00, without my permission then wanted us to EACH PAY $7.50 per person per drink just to sit at the table. They had a waitress, pregnant wearing black framed glasses who was disrespectful and laughed when we inquired about drinks because 3 of us don’t drink. When we went to speak with a manager she immediately put a sign on the table that said “RESERVED” ASK ALL QUESTIONS BEFORE ENTERING THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Great vibe at 1st Fridays at Felt inside of MGM. Great looking people who for the most part understood the grown and sexy assignment. And they make one of my favorite drinks, liquid Marijuana. I put everyone in line on it!

Nice place. The set up is fitting and the atmosphere is mature. Great place to enjoy yourself with people that just want to relax.
I went to this with a group called Black MEN Network. They made the entire experience much better. I recommend this place and the group. They are a fine representation of Black men.
