The location is quite beautiful; however, I do wish the customer service was a little better. I have visited this location multiple times and there is always a wait for a barista to take your order and for you to get your order. I would say on average 3-5 minutes. I can’t say everyone is not nice but every time I interact with a few baristas they seem to lack basic customer service qualities.
I am not sure if this review will make an impact at this Starbucks seeing that any low review obtains a generic response; however, I hope it allows customers to be aware of the service at this Starbucks and prepare extra time to get their order.

This Starbucks completely turned my day around after another location messed up my drink. The woman who helped me (I wish I remembered her name) was so sweet, cheerful, and welcoming. She not only remade my caramel crumble frappuccino perfectly but also added extra crumbles, which was such a nice touch.
The service here was phenomenal, and her warm personality made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location—if nothing else, just to see her and wish her a good morning.

Long time Starbucks regular/ community local. I was discriminated against here for using alternative, sustainable means of transportation, and told to leave. I’m a bicycle and skateboard / electric mobility mentor. I do group rides. I’ve contacted upper management about this stores derogatory actions, as they are against a sustainable healthy environment, which I’m sure aren’t in line w policy.

First time visiting this location and will probably be the last. We waited over 30 min for a simple order. We arrived and were the only ones in line. Ordered a grande iced coffee, tall vanilla bean frapp, and we wanted a cake pop. They were all out of cake pops. So we settled on the snowman cookie. Waiting about 10 min. While we were waiting a bunch of people came in. My daughter wanted a cheese stick, so I did a mobile order for that. I then got my iced coffee. After 20 min I went to stand where you get your drinks with my daughter and told the barista we’ve been waiting 20 min and I have 1 of 3 items. She asked what I was wiating for, told her the frapp. She turned around and looked at the blender and said “oh, it has been made just need to pour it” so it looked like liquid as if it was sitting there for awhile. She gave it to us, then asked if we had a food item. Told her yes a cookie, she asked if I got it. I told her no. She then proceeded to make more drinks and then ignore me. So I went to the counter, waited 5 min until the lady at the register quietly talked into her headset that someone was waiting at register. The gentleman who rang us up looked at me. I told him we did not get my daughters cookie. He walk over to where they keep it, then turns around and said “sooooo, we don’t have anymore.” I asked what they had, he named off two pastries. I don’t even know which one I got I just said the first one. I took it, motioned for my husband to come on we were leaving. Did not even get the cheese stick because it just was not worth it at the time.
I completely understand that getting busy like that can happen, I’ve worked in fast food before. But to have one barista making all the drinks and one person running the resister when the line is out the door is insane. Not to mention not completing the first orders before your rush came in. Definitely think that there needs to be some management training. The barista and the gentleman who helped me were super nice, but waiting 30 min for a simple order is outrageous. We picked this location ove other coffee shops in the area. I think we will avoid this one and travel the additional 10 min to another one.

I had to delete my old review just to write this new one, because somehow that one wasn’t nearly negative enough to capture the disaster happening at this Starbucks.
The speed here is cosmically, offensively slow. I’m convinced they’re brewing each cup by hand over a campfire out back. I’ve watched continental drift happen faster than the line here. It’s so understaffed it feels like a social experiment testing how long humans can wait before losing all hope.
I waited so long for my drink I swear I unlocked a new level of patience I never wanted to discover. By the time they called my name, I had aged, matured, and spiritually decayed.
It’s honestly so bad I felt obligated to rewrite my review just to warn the next poor soul. If you value your sanity or the remaining years of your life, go literally anywhere else.
And the owner? The one replying to every negative review with the same copy-and-paste “We’re sorry, we’ll address this” message?
Shame on you.
If you cared even a little, this place wouldn’t be running in slow motion every single day while customers repeatedly say the exact same thing: it’s INSANELY slow.

Literally the slowest starbucks to exist in the area. I waited in line for 20 minutes when there were only 4 cars in line. Not to mention the horrible service. It’s like they’d rather spend their time talking. I really don’t like giving bad reviews, but as someone who works in fast food this is really unacceptable.

This place is slower than molasses in January. If you ever want to feel relatively better about your poor productivity and time management – i would come here – 37 minutes for a grande white mocha and the app said 15 minutes. Soccer and lacrosse familes – expect to be late to warmups if you come here – go to Dunkin, sheetz, or Sugar shack or even drive to 7 Brew 12 minutes away and it will be faster. Based on other reviews, stand by for their copy and paste response as opposed to action to fix the problem. Your voice is your wallet – go elsewhere.

Waited almost an hour in total for two drinks, including wait time to order, and both drinks were wrong but was definitely not waiting any longer to get them fixed. They said they were short staffed and didn’t know it was a tournament weekend. If you are half a mile from a huge sports complex, seems like you would keep up with these things.

so….while I do agree with most of these reviews about this location being slow & not having their act together…I must give a HUGE shout out to Calvin for being man enough to own his mistake today…I ordered a delivery to my work which is 5 minutes from this location because I’m insanely busy at my job first thing in the morning…& when it got delivered only one item was delivered.I was missing MY coffee…so my boss was nice enough to say well run up & get it…& when I arrived I told them what happened & Calvin didn’t hesitate in saying “ that was my mistake”…& made my coffee & gave me a voucher toward my next drink. So accountability is HUGE for me in a world where you don’t see much of it. Calvin your Momma raised you right! & This Starbucks is very lucky to have you!!!

No one greeted me upon arrival and I was in a hurry. I grabbed my order only to my surprise to find that the drink wasn’t even full all the way. This may have been a tall drink, not the grande I ordered. I am not please and will not be back to this location.
