Went in this evening and ordered a spinach and feta cheese bread. One of the employees was incredibly disrespectful, and pushed my bread back into the oven, thinking it was a joke that she would burn my food as I stood there watching. I asked another employee for her name. Her name is Kiana Williams. Her demeanor and blatant mocking was so unprofessional. She was touching her hair repeatedly in between preparing different orders. The quality of the food that she prepared for me was subpar. I have been a long time customer of dominoes, and the bread was not satisfactory.

Ordered three pizzas tonight and the one for my wife had no sauce. I informed the tall thin guy at the counter there was no sauce on the pizza and please can it be remade with sauce. He told me because it had green bell pepper on it that means it has sauce???? I took it apart in front of him and showed him but he insisted on arguing with me about invisible pizza sauce. I told him to just keep it and that I would drive to the next dominos in town and order the same pizza but likely that location knows to put sauce on their pizzas. Drove down to the dominos on mc Caren and they helped me out, apologized and comped my pizza.
Highly recommend the one off mc Caren but this location I will not go back too after tonight, it’s worth the extra 10 minutes of driving through traffic to not have to argue about a basic ingredient.
Beware of this tall thin guy, he will argue because he is always right? No good

Usually don’t have a problem with this location. Recently my wife ordered for delivery. The tracker said delivered. Tried to call for 10 -15 before driving to the location. They had my order there at the counter. The excuse was: “sorry our system isn’t working, and we’re busy.” Verbatim. Sorry doesn’t feed my family. Didn’t even get a phone call letting us know there was an issue.

I got my stuffed spinach and feta and there was absolutely no cheese and no spinach and feta. The worker who made the food Kiana Williams as I asked one of the other employees kept touching her hair and then touching the food and laughing to the point she was spitting on the food. She tried to burn my food on purpose as well. I was just trying to order food with my family and because of some personal vendetta she was trying to burn it.

I ordered a pizza and a 2 liter soda yet the read it back to me had witness that what he said just for them to give me my pizza and a 20z last time we ordered pizza wasn’t hot wasn’t going to to complain but it’s like this place is going down hill manager on shift didn’t want to help wanted to be rude about saying nothing they can do the have to reach out to there sv to see what to do worst dominos around if I could 0/10

I placed the order and asked for my sandwich. Just have meat and cheese on it and they put everything else on it when I called and asked them to remake it and I’d give them the old one back. They told me no that they’re not gonna do that. Really bad customer service!!!

So, this might be the least efficiently run Domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. This will be the last time I order from this location due to the severely elongated wait times. I typically give places a few chances for redemption, but good lord. Every. Single. Time. This place is well beyond a 45 minute wait time. It’s not the associates fault, from what I can see. It’s lack people they have scheduled for a day. There are clearly orders backed up, phone ringing, customers at the store – all being serviced by 2 employees.

Get your stuff together Domino’s.

Why two stars? Because the associates here are friendly and apologetic. So that’s worth a star at least.
