1000/10!! So so good. Our favorites were the chicken, croquettes and the olive oil cake. Will find a way to come back to the area just to have dinner here again. Everything was so fresh and delicious! We left not a crumb

We first found this place in the Spring of this year and we’re quickly won over, so much so that we try to go at least once a month. A tasty mix of Brazilian and American dishes.
Our go-to favs appetizers are the cheesy breads, beet salad and sweet potato tempura.
Can’t go wrong with the whole chicken or the steak dishes – both work well to share between two people. If you’re in the mood for a burger you can’t go wrong with this one too.
Nice selection of cocktails, wines and drinks too.

We had an amazing meal here with friends. Between the seven us, we tried nearly every dish on the menu, with everyone raving over the flavorful apps and dinner choices we shared. We enjoyed a mix of cocktails and wines/beer to pair with our dishes and were just as impressed with the drink selections. We sat upstairs, and loved the vibe/lighting and the fact that it also had a nice lounge area. Our server was very thoughtful and attentive and service was perfectly paced. We can’t wait to come back!

A truly exceptional dinning experience in this quaint town. Everything from service to the atmosphere and menu was outstanding. Our server Derick went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable so we could truly enjoy the evening. This restaurant is the second location originating out of Brooklyn. The restaurant itself was so eclectic but felt very purposeful. Everything and everyone has made this restaurant a unique and special place we want to visit again… and again.

I’ve been here a couple times and haven’t been disappointed.
A special shout out is deserved in regards to the restaurants ability to host an intimate dinner party in the upstairs area. A small group of 16 did a goodbye dinner and the staff went above and beyond to make the meal unforgettable. Derrick was a gem, super on top of everything and great with communicating. All the carefully curated details added to the experience, can we say personalized menus

A local friend recommended we try the new spot, Pitanga North. We were in town from NYC for my birthday weekend and my old fave had closed a year before. Pitanga North did not disappoint! Everything about it was wonderful: the food, the drinks, the ambiance, the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food was exquisite!! I have to admit my favorite dishes were the appetizers, especially the carrot dish and the tempura sweet potato. They were nothing like I expected and were both amazing!!! I I’m still thinking about them and may go back today for more. Beautiful and creative with layers and layers of complementary flavors and textures. So well done!! For mains, my kid had the perfect medium burger and loved it, and I had the tile fish, which was delicious, but it was overshadowed by our exquisite appetizers. I enjoyed a single, perfect flavorful cocktail (the new yuzu cocktail with bourbon), and it was a lovely birthday. We will def be back to enjoy the apps and try new dishes!
EDIT: I was craving those carrots (I know, carrots?!) and the delicious romesco in the crispy sweet potato dish, so we went back the next day and enjoyed our favorite dishes and tried some other dishes. Everything was so delicious! And consistent! And the staff treated us like old friends. What a fantastic place! We will be back anytime we are anywhere close to Gardiner. Thanks again!!

If I could give this place a higher rating I would. Everything from start to finish was exquisite and fresh and just a pure delight! Our server was pleasant and informative and a pleasure to conversate with. Our cocktails were refreshing and precise. We tried a few appetizers and every one was a homerun. The tempura sweet potatoes and roasted carrots have been on my mind for a week now. I got the short rib tagatelle and my only complaint was there wasn’t more! My fiancée grabbed the kale ceaser which she also enjoyed! Highly highly recommend!

Wow, we had a delicious dinner here tonight! The chicken croquettes were the star, cheese bread was yummy, fish stew excellent, kale salad was simple and fresh as could be. We finished with the house-made vanilla ice cream w/ dulce de leche and it was nothing short of sugar and fat heaven! The classic caipirinha was masterful. I’m a local, and I truly hope they keep the service and vibe warm and down-to-earth (the maitre d’ tonight was a gem). The ambience is lovely, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating , too. Highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised by an unplanned stop for dinner. We snuck in just in time, I’d recommend reservations. Expresso martini was delicious. Best burger I’ve had in a while. Local rice with fish stew was a treat. The beet salad, though with local beets and goat cheese, was definitely the highlight. Staff was super nice. Clean and well decorated.
