Drive-thru at 6:15 am. Ordered 2 Drip coffee, a small and medium (which surprisingly the small is 16 oz.) The coffee was lukewarm and flat in flavor (better than over roasted, but still not great). It took longer then it should to pour 2 coffees so my hopes were a fresh pot was finishing up. The drive-thru is a tight fit.

Ordered a mocha mocha hot and a white lighting hot the mocha was soo heavy on raw coffee bean didn’t taste nothing mocha and the white lighting tasted soo water down like the Ihop on westnedge had the people at biggby remake it still water down like if they used the same coffee over and over its sad I really like this place now have to find another decent coffee shop

Ordered the red eye. Was desperate for some high quality Joe in this neck of the woods. I was utterly disappointed when when you spend $6 and get mud water I should’ve gone to a gas station and would’ve probably scored better.

This place was clean and friendly. The service was quick and they took the order with no problems. I got the pumpkin cheesecake latte and my wife got mocha mocha. We go at least once a week. I like to try something different every time. My wife gets a shot of espresso in her drink when she really needs a pick me up.I LOVE BIGGBY COFFEE

Lynette was absolutely terrible to me and the employees working with her. She was very bossy, very condescending and slamming everything down. She caught an attitude with the nice gentleman she was working with only because he had notified her that there wasn’t any tonic and she responded to him extremely rude. All of this IN FRONT OF and DIRECTED TOWARDS customers. I will never return to this location as long as she is continuing her snarky attitude towards her teammates and customers.

I’ve noticed this store always has issues. The staff is not friendly in the mornings,the girl with red hair working drive thru, please wear a bra!! Appearance means a lot while working with the public. The drinks are never chopped and all the thick sauces are settled in the bottom of my drink. I’ll drive out of my way to have a better experience and product. As for a lot of people in the mornings, this is likely their first stop of their day and to have that experience is not what someone wants to start their day off. Management please step up.

My fiance and I had a horrible start to our day today. I decided to try and get us a treat to cheer us up a bit. The gal who took my order was very patient and explaining all the flavors and options to me and help me pick the perfect option for my fiance. Her customer service was so exeptional that it literally changed my mood at a very hard time. Thats a blessing to have on your team. Thank you Lily

Last time I went I said my order, employee repeated the order wrong. I was nice when I repeated it again and the employee sighed exasperatedly. I said don’t even worry about it and left.

The employees here need to remember some of the people they serve are first responders, nurses, someone getting off a 12hr shift.

If your employees can’t handle a 2 drink order without being annoyed (no one else was in the location or in line) they need to find a new job and not take it out on customers.

Thank you biggby for giving me a reason to update my coffee setup.
