They have a trial period offering a dairy free cheese. That’s what we went to try. It was very good. My wife and daughter ( both lactose intolerant ) very much enjoyed it, and hope Potters keeps this offering permanently.

I have been using Potter’s Pizza since my first weekend in town. I will not claim that it is the best pizza I’ve ever had but it’s darn good and beats the chains, hands down! Their crust has a unique flavor, the sauces (both red and alfredo) are on point and consistent.
So far I have had their pizza (usually Italian sausage, mushroom and onion…my pizza trinity.) I have had their calzone…ask for a little extra garlic sauce on it. Their garden salad is unbelievably good and large for the price.
However, I mainly want to brag on the service. I cannot speak for table service, I’ve never eaten in. But the drivers are quick and efficient. The manager has always been helpful and responsive when I have called in..he usually takes my order. Last fall I lost the use of my legs and going to the door is a hassle to try and do quickly. They responded by bringing it inside for me. That level of service is unheard of. Then take tonight for example. I ordered at 7:12..
Online it said it would be here by about 8. They showed up at 7:35.
