They doubled charged my fiancé when he bought lunch to our bank account, when he stopped here during work. They denied doing so and “checked” their receipts and gave us a completely different transaction amount and said that was the receipt. It was in fact not. Love how they said we have to come in tomorrow to dispute it. So we have to drive 30 minutes out of our way to dispute something that wasn’t our fault. They also claimed they don’t double charge us even though they didn’t even have our information.

The meat is a bit less seasoned than Chipotle but there are WAY more options, better prices, and the best Queso around. Plus free chips and salsa. Very friendly staff and clean environment at this location. Easy to get to and get out of.

I have been here a few times and it is generally a good spot. There’s been some turn over through the years I’ve gone there and today was a good day. The staff was training a new person, so the order took a little longer than normal. Despite that the burrito was made to order and is good. I also got the chips and cheese sauce, and it was solid.

I had The Stack which puts crunch wraps from fast food to shame. It had amazing flavor and salsa with chips and peach Fanta seemed the perfect combination. I loved the stacker and will return soon!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The one star goes to the woman who made my food because she was lovely.
On the other hand, when I walked in there was an employee doing something near the trash cabinet with gloves on and asked if we were all set to order. I said yes, and he came behind the counter, WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES OR WASHING HANDS , and went to prepare my food! I told my friend I was with that I was going to lose it if he touches food with those gloves and the lovely woman stepped in and told him to go finish what he was going and that she’d make the food. The seasoned rice was crunchy and tasted like bland taco season with extra cumin, and the steak was grey. There were almost no options of soda/drinks, and there was black mildew buildup where the ice tray was next to where your cup rests. None of the salsas tasted like they should have and had way too many hot peppers in it because that’s all you could taste. I only saw a handful of clean tables and the trashes were all full and it was dead. I barely ate half and got nauseous.
Such a waste of money. No wonder I saw someone’s half eaten burrito in the aluminum foil on the ground in the parking lot.
Got home and unpacked the tomatillo salsa and it is BUBBLING AND ABOUT TO EXPLODE!

Food is great, best queso out of any chain. However I would like to note they close at 9pm each night per the sign on their door. It was very confusing because they had a neon open sign lit up and the lights were on, but the door was locked and the sign says they close at 9pm every day.

Where to begin. Two months ago my family went to the Shrewsbury location. We ordered through the app and it took an hour and a 45 mins to be delievered. Once we got the meals ( 2 kids ) cheese quesadillas with juice box and cookies. Instead we got beans filled quesadillas no juice boxes and no cookies. My wife ordered a chicken bowl, but the bowl had no chicken. As for the queso cheese please see the picture. That’s disgusting. Now keep in mind this was the fourth time I had issues with this place messing up orders. So after paying all the fees for delivery and wasting my time I had to drive to the location to demand a refund . The staff couldn’t do anything on site. After much debate I was able to get the managers phone number to explain the mess ups. Jonkeey . Keep that name in mind she’s an owner/manager. I ended up having to call her every day for a week to get my money back . Eventually she got tired of my calls and did the right thing. Skip forward two month we now go to the westborough location. Different place different staff I assumed. We order online again through the moes app. 2 hours and 15 mins later it’s delivered. Same issue! Beans in the kids quesadillas, and instead of my wife getting her usual order they just made two of my burritos instead. So now I go to this location they try to remake it which I didn’t want it was already way past dinner time. I asked to speak with the manager and they went out back to call and said I couldn’t speak to them. I said I think I know who that person is, Jonkeey right?! Both employees were dumbfounded. I called Jonkeey and she was surprised to hear it was me with YET MORE ISSUES! This time instead of playing games she issued the credit over the phone and I was handed a small receipt. Furious I walked out and wait two weeks. Still no refund in my
Bank. When called she ignored my
Calls and said take it up with the bank. Theft at its finest. I would not recommend this place or the westborough location at all. Staff cannot follow directions or take orders. Horrible delivery times. I’ll be reaching out to corporate next.

The staff was throwing food along the line, only two people working, and instead of readying new product to be sold, they would just tell customers they didn’t have steak or pork, only chicken, no queso???! No salsa of any of the 6 varieties usually stocked?? No bacon?? No corn salsa?? Staffing issues in this location need to be addressed with WAY more sense of urgency. I should’ve left halfway through.

Three real issues. First was the burrito, not good. The beans were all overcooked and dry, black beans and pinto beans (pinto beans were the worst, completely dried out in steam table. Rice was dry and crispy as well as the chicken. Lettuce was not available. As to the Tortilla chips, there were two lexans full of cooked whole chips and we were given a handful of pieces, photo attached. Was charged for a full cup of queso instead of the half cup ordered. Individual at register did not understand or listen. Most of the food in the steam table had been there much too long resulting in dried out, poor quality food. If my wife had not wanted this, I would have left. I do not know if this is specific to the Shrewsbury location at 61 Boston Turnpike Road (Route 9) or prevalent throughout the company. But this isn’t the quality that MOE’s is known for.

This is THE WORST moes I have ever been to. I travel the country and have been to many moes and this one was the most disgusting one I have been to. The woman who served me had an open wound, with blood in her neck. The rice was hard, the flavor was non existent, I received 3 pickled jalapeños and barely any guac. They also rang me up for something I didn’t order and stared at the tip option and I clicked no tip. These women do not know how to cook Mexican food. Do better. This was so gross and a waste of money. My child didn’t even eat his because he said it was gross and he always devours their burritos. No salt in chips, tasted old. I’m going to report you to food and Health board because there was mold on sofa machine and there are reviews about mice
