Came in around 10:50am January 16th. We pulled to the drive through order, with no issues, then we came to the window where we needed to use tap. When putting my phone to the machine, it started to turn off where the Apple Pay would not go through, since, you know, the phone is turning off . She snapped and raised her voice at us to and I quote, “just LEAVE the phone there” and gave us the dirtiest look. Very disappointed in the quality of Wendy’s service lately.

What a disappointment. Went at 10:40 AM. No iced tea. Potatoes wouldn’t ve ready for 16 minutes. We were the only one in line but had to pull ahead and wait on a chicken sandwich. For Petes sake.

Two weeks in a row I have gone through the drive thru and ordered #2 & #3 sandwiches only which is one bacon and one sausage. Both times I have gotten two sausage sandwiches! If I wanted sausage for both, I would have ordered it that way!!!!!!

It’s my favorite fast food hamburger joint. This is one of the few fast food restaurants that I actually will eat a burger at. Wendys burgers taste like you grilled them at home. They always taste fresh not like they have been laying there for hours waiting for someone to order it . The tomatoes, pickles pretty much whatever you have them put on it is also the freshest quality and flavor. And for desert you can get the famous frosty which is great also.

Went through drive through placing the order took 2 or 3 attempts while i was placing my order inwas informed they had no mato they had no ranch they had no barbeque this was early lunch im guessing they have a management issue but the line was long so i stayed despite no sauce i ordered malts i ordered a baked potato i ordered chicken nuggets after pulling away to xheck the food i realized I did not get my nuggest i drive back atound i get the nuggets and park again i then realized no straws no silverware i had to eat my baked potato like a rabid dog eats a carcass then i get home and both the hamburgers i ordered were pink in the middle so gross i will not be going back it was a dumpster fire to pay atound 40 dollars to eat here and have half the food be bad its sooo not worth it.
