I came to the store and ordered a 2 piece with a breast and thigh. The cashier already charged me for the chicken and told me there was up charge. I said no problem I would pay the difference. However the cashier didn’t know how to fix the problem. She said she would let the manager know but it was fine this time she would take care of it. After I waiting for over 30 mins for my food. I was given a thigh and a leg. I let Domenica. m know I asked for a breast and a thigh she proceeded to bring me a price that was damaged and looked like it had been dropped on the floor. I then asked if I could have a better piece. Domenica then proceeded to yell out you are going to pay and up charge. Like I didn’t already make the attempt to do. I proceed to tell her she did not have to try to publicly embarrass me over something I already said I would pay for. She then goes on about how busy they were completely ignored more and started speaking to the cashier in Spanish. And then says something about calling the cops. She was very rude and racist to me and disrespectful. She kept saying that I paid only 5.99 I told her my meal was almost 9 dollars. She assumed I paid for the chapter meal without even asking the cashier. I then tell her he’s gonna stop talking to me in a loud dampening manner like I didn’t offered to pay the difference. She then tells me she will not give me my food and they don’t have time for this and asked me for my receipt. She then takes out 9 dollars proceeds to talk to the person at the cash register ignoring me and puts the 9 dollars on the counter. Your manager Domenica is very racist and has a problem with yelling at customers.

Chicken sandwich meat being very inconsistent they now put less Mac and cheese and basically just a noodle soup
Price gauging inside and no longer taking app orders for sandwiches due to price difference. Inside price is double app price.
Quick pickup. Closing lobby at 10:20 when the door says it doesn’t close until 11.

The prices to portions are pretty ridiculous. I decided to buy the 8 piece nuggets because they were more affordable for a kid. Three box as you can see is laughable. They’re dry, and almost grey in color. I remember as a kid my mom would buy us KFC and we’d love it. The chicken would be golden brown, juicey and flavorful. It’s sad how downhill the franchise has gone. The fries were also extremely dry and hard to stomach. And per usual the Mac and cheese was boiling hot and took forever to cool. I suppose that’s the only thing on the menu worth the price … Maybe.
The half and half tea had some weird mushy brown stuff at the bottom, and it was lukewarm even with ice. You guys need a lot of work…

I placed an order for pickup via the app, on Feb 20th 2025, cause I was craving some crispy KFC chicken. The app informed me it would take longer to prep bigger orders. I was alright with that cause totally understandable. Prepping fresh food takes more time depending on the amount. The order was ready on time, awesome. Why in the world do I pull up at home and this chicken was not crispy but rather soggy and tasted like old chicken that was reheated. Had to straight out throw the entire chicken bucket away. Filled out their feedback form day of, never heard back though they said I’d get a call back within 48 hours. Opened a ticket with their customer service and they keep saying higher ups from the store will be calling me. Three days in and no call backs, no updates from these higher ups on the case number when I reached out to check.
This experience has definitely ruined KFC for me.

I ordered through the app and went into the restaurant soon after. In all it took over 30+ minutes to get my order, most of which time I spent patiently at the counter waiting.

During that time I noticed they prioritized drive through orders and I counted at least 10 cars complete their orders from time of order to pickup at window.

When I got my order and got to my hotel I then learned that my order was not correct

Placed an online order and decided to use the drive-thru to pick it up. Huge mistake. Waited 15 minutes in line, got to the speaker just to be told they needed me to pull around, park, and go in to get my order. When I do so, there are no orders at the pick up area I stand and wait and then asked. I see the worker reach for my online order from a counter near the drive-thru window. Completely inconsiderate to do any customer that way! Don’t subject yourself to this store’s ignorance.

I came here today to get fried chicken I ordered through the app when I went in to pick it up after it said ready for pickup the app. They said it will take 25 min I was surprised why they marked it as ready when it’s not. I waited for 25 min in the store for the food. Other than that everything is good the food tastes good.and the place is clean.

I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:49pm. I placed the order at 5:44pm and obviously, didn’t expect it to be ready that quickly. So, I waited out in my car till closer to 6pm. I went inside and saw my name on the order screen under the “preparing” side. I stepped off to the side to wait for my order. I watch several new names pop up under mine, those people came in and picked up their orders and mine still wasn’t ready. I figured it was because my order was larger, for four people, and was taking longer. I kept waiting and watched as multiple cars and walk in customers ordered and received their food. After 15 minutes of this (order now overdue by 25 minutes) I asked when it would be ready. Tracking down an employee was not easy, mind you. He said they needed 6 more minutes. I waited another 10 minutes (order now 35 minutes late) and was told they were still working on it. I asked why it was taking so long. The worker said they had overlapping orders from online and in person. I said I understand that, but nearly 20 people had gone through the drive through or come to the counter and received their food without issue since I had been standing there. I asked to speak to the manager and the worker tried to call her over, but she just yelled back that she was working on the order. She refused to come and speak to me. I waited another five minutes and complained again, telling the worker I was not waiting any longer. It had already been 40 minutes since my order should have been complete and I wanted a refund. He attempted to call the manager, Evelyn over and she refused once again to come. She just kept shouting back that she was working on the order. After 45 minutes of waiting, they finally delivered the order. I asked for the managers name and the worker would not give it to me. I said, I heard you call her Evelyn. He reluctantly nodded. Got home and we were missing all of the sauces we ordered and a side. While the food was decent, it was certainly not worth the 45 minute wait. I highly suggest that if you decide to eat here, you go through the drive through and do not order through the app or online. I also wouldn’t plan to eat in this restaurant as every single table was dirty. This company needs to spend some serious time working on order completion and customer service skills.

I came in to take advantage of the Tuesday $10 eight piece deal, and I was greeted by a sign that said I have to place the order through the kiosk. I browsed through the kiosk and the $10 deal was not available. I finally managed to flag down an employee who claimed to be the manager on duty, and she informed me that the GM had made this policy that they are not allowed to take any orders at the counter. They must be ordered through the kiosk. I told her that the deal is not available on the kiosk, so she informed me that I would have to place the order through the drive-thru.

I’m talking about that having already waited in the restaurant to try to talk to somebody about this, I’ve been went out and got in my car and waited in the Drive-Thru line to place my order. Once my order was placed, I was told it was going to take 25 minutes to fill the order. Now I am back in the restaurant waiting for my food.

This is absolutely ridiculous, and quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. The GM who created this policy seriously needs to rethink his priorities. You cannot run a business like this.

On top of that, the “KFC listens” website shown on the receipt isn’t working.

This place does not honor food that has been stolen. Uber Eats order for four person order came in and allowed another person to steal it without honoring it through the app.
